It’s not just conservatives who are demanding more information be released about the Jeffrey Epstein files after the Justice Department issued a memo last week stating there’s no client list, he didn’t blackmail powerful figures, and he wasn’t murdered. As Jeff reported, suddenly Democrats who were largely silent on the issue during the Biden administration are beginning to demand answers. But one post from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is drawing attention for another reason.

“Wow who would have thought that electing a rapist would have complicated the release of the Epstein Files?” the New York Democrat posted on X.

As many reminded her, ABC’s George Stephanopoulos learned this lesson the hard way.
