MADISON — For parents who believe fleeing liberal cities for the suburbs will free their children from the racist Woke indoctrination smothering public school curriculum, think again.

The father of a student at River Bluff Middle School in the Madison suburb of Stoughton says the eighth-grade class has been assigned the book, “Stamped: Racism, Antiracism and You.”

The book is co-authored by Neo-Marxist Ibram X. Kendi, peddler of “critical race theory” ideology which sees “white supremacy” behind every social injustice and promotes “anti-racism” through actual racism. Simply put, it promotes widespread discrimination against white people or those of Asian ancestry as a kind of social justice reparation.

Among Kendi’s teachings, “The only remedy to racist discrimination is antiracist discrimination. The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination. The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination.”

Or as a concerned Stoughton School District father put it in an email to conservative talk show host Vicki McKenna, critical race theory is “at its core, fundamentally anti-freedom, anti-individual, and if brought to its logical conclusion would lead to more, not less strife in society.”

Kendi branches into socialist dogma.

“Capitalism is essentially racist,” Kendi writes, and “racism is essentially capitalist.”

The woke zombies leading the “Great Awokening” in the Stoughton Area School District are all-in on the radical left teachings of Kendi and crew. And they expect their charges to be all-in, too.

“Racism scholar Ibram X. Kendi says one is either racist or anti-racist. There is no room for neutrality, and there is no such thing as a ‘non-racist,” the district’s website boldly declares.

Stoughton’s Equity Framework Vision Statement further asserts, “Our School community will operate within a proactive system of support to promote a positive, inclusive culture with equity, respect, and dignity so we can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.”

That might be a hard sell to the white students learning what awful people they and their families are because of their “privilege” and “white supremacy.”

Teachers are being indoctrinated so they can indoctrinate their students. Professional Development for staff includes increasing “capacity as Circle-keepers and equity leaders.” Last school year, Stoughton educators learned to increase their understanding “of our own racial identity, the history and role of race/racism in schools, institutional power, and structural oppression.”

Perhaps it comes as no surprise that Madison Metropolitan School District is chest deep in Critical Race Theory anti-discrimination discrimination. A father of an eighth-grade student in Madison public schools said Kendi’s books are assigned reading for his son’s class.

“I will be complaining and I will read both books so he and I can go over every claim,” the parent said.

Asked whether there is counterpoint material to the “antiracist” text, a spokesman for the district said he would have to look into the matter.

The day after the presidential election, Madison College is slated to host, “A Crucial Conversation with Dr. Ibram X. Kendi.”

“Madison College’s Vice President of Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement, Lucía Nuñez, will facilitate this discussion with Dr. Kendi, one of America’s foremost historians and leading antiracist voices.”

“Ibram X. Kendi’s concept of antiracism reenergizes and reshapes the conversation about racial justice in America–but even more fundamentally, points us toward liberating new ways of thinking about ourselves and each other. Instead of working with the policies and system we have in place, Kendi asks us to think about what an antiracist society might look like, and how we can play an active role in building it,” the public invitation states.

First Step: Teach your children to tear the old system down, using racism to fuel the deconstruction.
