Welcome back to the "Stream of Kurtiousness"! August seems to be a pretty slow month in the world of politics, and that seems to be the case again this week. Instead of bombing Iran, we're destroying them economically, and sailors are complaining that their mission doesn't feel like a cruise. Trump is randomly picking fights with people because he can. But because of the slow news cycles, terrorist sympathizers like Abdul El-Sayed are being exposed.

This week we learned that the racist professor from Cambridge, Jason Arday, who made up everything on his resume, likely killed himself. We're being told by the media that white people drove him to his death because we relentlessly exposed his lies. Somehow it's truth-telling that causes leftists to kill themselves. Where is the American media saying, "No, we're going to continue reporting on things that are true!" The reality is that it isn't happening because they believe in the leftist nonsense.  Of course, their tunes would be different if it were a right-winger who killed himself.

Trump issued a statement yesterday sending a message to South Korea that basically said, as allies, you better pull your weight. South Korea didn't want to contribute to our military operation in Iran, so Trump is pulling back our support. This is how allyship works, and I like how Trump is setting the standard!
