I'm sick and tired of how inept so many Republicans are. I realize that our majorities are small, and I don't expect perfection, but I don't understand why John Thune won't allow the Senate to go into recess so Trump can do recess appointments. Are there really four Republicans who would vote against going into recess so that Trump can't make appointments? The answer is obviously yes. Thom Tillis, Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, and a few others are hacks. Thune clearly doesn't have control of his majority. Republicans are terrible at electing the correct candidate in primaries. It's a tough time for polling right now, and Republicans need to start changing their strategy.
