Welcome to Kurt's Law School! In today's "Stream of Kurtiousness," I discuss the latest decisions and ongoing battles in the courts – from the Supreme Court's Skrmetti decision to California's challenge of the Trump administration's deployment of the California National Guard and much more. I also focus on all of these stays and injunctions you are seeing. This is not normal. We need a system where we can solve disputes, and we need to solve disputes between government branches that don't necessarily create a constitutional crisis. But some of these judges are destroying that possibility. At some point, Trump is going to draw the line.
