Now that President Biden is no longer seeking the Democrat nomination for president and the Democrat Party has coalesced around Kamala Harris as their next nominee, the media is sure to cheer on the second female to “earn” the Democrat Party’s presidential nomination. As a fellow Californian and a woman myself, I can say Kamala Harris is the worst person for the job. Her turnaround as this crusader for a more just criminal justice system and an ally of hardworking Americans couldn’t be farther from the truth: her record as the District Attorney (DA) of San Francisco, California Attorney General (AG), U.S. Senator from California, and vice president of the United States expose that much.
Let us begin with Kamala’s record as District Attorney for San Francisco. Look no further than the decision written by Judge Anne-Christine Massullo who, in her 2010 decision ruling against the DA’s office, stated that Harris’ office “failed to disclose information that clearly should have been disclosed.” The information that the judge was referencing was pertaining to one of Kamala’s top deputies pressuring a local crime lab technician to support the evidence in her cases. The scandal grew and resulted in nearly 1,000 drug-related cases being dismissed by Harris’ DA office due to apparent bias. When Kamala Harris ran for California AG, her Democratic rival in the race went so far as to suggest that she “systematically violated defendants’ civil and constitutional rights” by hiding “damaging information about a police drug lab technician and was indifferent to demands that it account for its failing.” Yet, this is the same woman who boasts about boosting the city’s conviction rate.
However, Kamala Harris would go on to win that election for California AG, thus expanding her reign of terror to all Californians. Her incompetence was proven once again with the case of Kevin Cooper, a man whose quadruple homicide conviction—and subsequent death penalty ruling—was in question after his attorneys argued for additional DNA testing to prove his innocence. State Attorney General Kamala Harris rejected pleas to approve the new testing and the evidence was thus never reexamined during her reign as California’s top cop. Kamala has since changed her views on the situation suggesting she “felt awful about this.”

Unfortunately, she had gained enough allies to find herself in a prime position to assume Barbara Boxer’s Senate seat. Kamala Harris won her election to the U.S. Senate in 2016 and made a name for herself by opposing the Trump Administration and grilling President Trump’s picks for the Supreme Court before eventually running for president herself. While her campaign died out as quickly as Biden gave up days ago, she found herself being picked as the next vice president of the United States.
As vice president, she has continued her enigmatic trend of incompetence and insanity. Look no further than her reign as Border Czar for the Biden-Harris Administration, where President Biden charged her with being the point person on immigration. Due to her efforts, the American people were gifted with the worst invasion of the United States in American history. Human trafficking at the Southern border is at an all-time high, illegal crossings reach historic proportions, and Americans are stuck with millions of foreign nationals in their communities.
As a Californian, I have lived under the insanity of Kamala Harris as both my state’s Attorney General and Senator. As an American, CEO of Vetcomm and the Founder of BorderVets, I again see the consequences of Kamala’s influence at our Southern border. With her bid to be the next President of the United States, I cannot sit idle while she lies about her record. Frankly, Kamala Harris helped destroy California and is well on her way to ruining the country I signed up to defend.
My hometown of San Diego has experienced some of the worst of what Kamala Harris has to offer with over 1,000 people a day being released into the city and arrests of illegal aliens reaching the tens of thousands. In fact, migrant crossing at our border reached a record 250,000 in December of this past year alone. We cannot afford four more years of this insanity.
Therefore, it is up to all of us, but particularly my fellow Californians and those experiencing the crisis at the Southern Border, to expose the lies and reveal the truth to our American brothers and sisters. If not, we risk turning the United States of America into the Socialist Republic of California under the leadership of the ever-incompetent Kamala Harris.
For my part, I challenge Kamala Harris—woman to woman—to join me at the Southern Border and defend her abysmal record as the worst border czar in American history. I’ll be waiting for her answer.
