Antisemitism has no place – especially in Congress.

Representative Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) has repeatedly engaged in antisemitic rhetoric.

Tlaib previously tweeted, “From the river to the sea is an aspirational call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate . . . . ” Surely, Tlaib is aware of the phrase’s history that originated under the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) in the 1960s.

Well, the radical Leftist delivered more incendiary remarks this past weekend at the People’s Conference for Palestine in Detroit.

She stated:

"They thought they could kill us, rape us, imprison us, violently uproot us from our olive tree farms. . . . Well, guess what, now we are in Congress and we’re [in] every corner of the United States. . . .

"I want to say to all of them, every genocide enabler, look at this room, you [expletive], we ain’t going anywhere."

Talaib has a robust history of attacking Jews and anyone who supports Israel. She refers to it as having a dual allegiance – that’s nothing more than an antisemitic trope. She has even accused the U.S. and Israel of supporting genocide, comparing them to the Taliban and Hamas terrorists. Rep. Tlaib also said she has a “calming feeling” about the Holocaust. In short, she has provided cover for Hamas and the hate that fueled the October 7 attacks. Tlaib is dangerous.

Someone espousing these bigoted views should not have access to classified information or sit on congressional committees such as the Oversight and Accountability Committee.

At the ACLJ, we’re fully engaged in the battle to defend Israel’s interests and the Jewish people from these kinds of hateful attacks. We’re fighting at the U.N. and the International Criminal Court. Now, we have to fight in our own Congress to defend Israel.

Leadership in Congress MUST fully address this issue.

Take action with us. Fight back against antisemitism. Demand Rep. Tlaib be removed from their committees and censured. Take action, sign our petition: Censure Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib Now
