The thing about Democrats is they are like the Borg – a hive mind with absolute conformity. In spite of what some of the bumper stickers on their Priuses proclaim, they are not fans of questioning authority, at least their own. This is why they have now turned their resources on Pennsylvania Democratic Senator John Fetterman. The message is clear: conform or we will destroy you.
Ronald Reagan famously said that his 80 percent friend is not his 20 percent enemy. To Democrats, their 99.9 percent friend is their 100 percent enemy. Stray from the acceptable thought plantation they place everyone on and they will come after you like a rabid Spider Monkey with impulse control issues.
That demand for conformity is why Kamala Harris chose Tim Walz to be her vice presidential running mate. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro was a much better choice. He comes from the top swing state, is able to string together a coherent sentence without sounding like he’s suffered a series of closed head injuries, doesn’t have a bizarre family that sends people heading for the hills, and he doesn’t have a history of lying about his military service or other aspects of his life.
But Shapiro is Jewish, Walz is a Muppet. Democrats hate Jews who aren’t openly hostile toward the existence of the state if Israel – support the formation of another official terrorist state or you are not welcome in the Democrat Party. Walz has no morals, only objectives. That is what makes him the perfect Democrat. The willingness to do or say anything to win an election is what Democrats need, they can’t tell the truth because what they really want to do is wildly unpopular. You have to be willing to lie, cheat and steal to get what you want.
Shapiro was not willing to forsake Israel’s existence to get a promotion, Walz was because he likely never cared either way ever.
Fetterman is in the same boat at Shapiro. I don’t think he’s Jewish, but he doesn’t support terrorists slaughtering people because they are. That’s a sin in liberal circles.
When he had a stroke and could not speak, Fetterman was protected by the left-wing industrial complex. When he gave an interview to MSNBC and had to use a transcription app, it was painted as perfectly fine. Remember when that reporter pointed out that he was no good at small talk? That he couldn’t understand her, that he seemed lost? Remember what happened then? Other liberal reporters attacked her, claiming he was perfectly able to understand them when they talked to Fetterman.
This was personified by the detestable Kara Swisher, who attacked Dasha Burns as a liar because Dasha’s truth-telling upset the liberal narrative. These are simply gross people.
Well, that was before Fetterman refused to attack Israel or conform to the “Israel is guilty of everything” mentality Democrats must at least pay lip service to in order to maintain their standing in the party.
Fetterman also did something equally as crazy, equally as unacceptable: He had dinner with Donald Trump and didn’t poison the food.
John Fetterman is willing to support and vote for things he wants, even if Donald Trump wants them too. He’s even willing to vote for some of what he wants, if Trump gets some of what he wants in the process. This is how politics used to work: nobody got everything they wanted, but everyone got something they wanted. Not anymore. Democrats will not work with Republicans, especially one named Trump.
The sins John Fetterman committed were saying that Donald Trump is not history’s greatest monster or a puppet of Russia, just someone he disagrees with on some issues and agrees with on others. This acceptance of reality, that honesty and compromise, are not acceptable to Democrats. Mutilate the genitals of children and you’re fine. Talk about your sex life with your class of kids and it’s all good. Ignore our laws and enter the country illegally, even commit violent crimes in the aftermath and they’ll throw a parade for you.
There is only one thing that can get you excommunicated from the left: refusal to conform. You can say racist and sexist things, as long as they’re about Republicans, and there is no pushback. Chant for someone to “finish the work of Hitler” and you’ll get a tenured seven-figure job at an Ivy League school. But refuse to 100 percent obey and it’s all over. Tells you everything you need to know about them, doesn’t it?
