It's all about the oil patch and West Texas Intermediate (WTI) hitting $75.00 a barrel.  Ten of the top eleven top percentage gainers are all oil plays, and that's making energy the biggest winner by far.

The XLE still hasn't taken out the recent high, but when it does, there is tremendous room to the upside.


There is also a very defensive nature to the session reflected in the stronger than normal move in Utilities.
