Stealth Story Evolution – CBS
Usually, when “shortened for time,” you do not eliminate the middle portion.
You might think that a news network that recently settled a lawsuit over sketchy editing in its interviews might avoid repeating that very offense. Yet there is CBS News, caught doing exactly that. When Kristi Noem appeared on “Face The Nation” for a taped interview, she was discussing the prospects of Abrego Garcia. In it, she detailed several of the illegal infractions he has amassed along with his deportation order – only that portion of her response was not included in the broadcast version. She supplied her own full context response to show the manipulation at play.
This morning, I joined CBS to report the facts about Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Instead, CBS shamefully edited the interview to whitewash the truth about this MS-13 gang member and the threat he poses to American public safety.

Pathological Media Amnesia – THE ATLANTIC
The conditions there are horrible - and how DARE he do something to fix it!
In what might be the pinnacle of media reflexive opposition to the president, Ashley Parker in The Atlantic goes into detail about how improper and unwelcome the National Guard troops have been in the areas where she lives in the nation’s capital.

What makes this piece particularly obtuse – apart from the success seen with the drops in the crime statistics – was that it was Parker herself who, just weeks ago, detailed the number of times she and her family had been victimized by crime.
Writer from @TheAtlantic and @MSNBC details all of the crime she has personally endured while living in D.C.

But once Trump sent troops into the district - and crime plummeted - @AshleyRParker complains about it in an article, all because of who was responsible for the cleanup. pic.twitter.com/ErlbbAsU5n
Border-line Obsession – CNN
You almost wonder what it would take to be considered a stain on a community.
In the latest edition of DHS lending a deeper context of detainees that were rounded up by ICE raids, the agency responded to a CNN report on some recently apprehended individuals.
The revealing aspect was the news network referring to these illegals as “pillars of their community.”
.@CNN is a disgraceful propaganda arm for radical, sanctuary city politicians.

These headlines directly contribute to the 1000% increase in assaults against our brave @ICEgov law enforcement.

Pathological Media Amnesia – CNN
Then you do not remember taking the exact, polar opposite on this very same matter?!
So blinded are the many members of the press corps by reflexive disdain for anything Trump-related that they manage to completely contradict themselves on matters depending on which side involves the president. A solid source of this is the account of Maze Moore, which once again provides a shining example, as Erin Burnett is seen railing heavily for Paul Manafort to be strung up for mortgage fraud, but now that the Trump administration is prosecuting that very same crime, it is suddenly regarded as a hit job, and those seen as guilty should be excused.
In 2019 Erin Burnett wanted to make sure that there was no way for Paul Manafort to escape the seriousness of the mortgage fraud charges.

In 2025 it's mortgage fraud, really?

First Amendment Strike Force – THE BABYLON BEE vs. GAVIN NEWSOM
It is always fun to see Governor Brylcreen brought down by a humor site.
Last year, Gavin Newsom passed some very free expression-threatening laws regarding the use of AI and other forms of media usage that he declared to be a violation of political propriety. (The one-sided nature of his effort to protect only his party is seen by his recently celebrated social media account using AI imagery on the regular.)
Well, Gavin had been taken to court regarding his overstepping of basic human rights, by none other than The Babbylon Bee, and a court has ruled against Gavin and his silencing tactics.
Our client @TheBabylonBee was handed a victory on Friday https://t.co/jqvIZDebw5

Presentation Paradox – WASHINGTON POST
Good to see you at least got around to narrowing down who these “people” having their periods actually might be.
In another pained attempt to blur the gender lines on a subject involving basic biology, the WaPo social media geniuses needed to contort reality on the topic of menstruation and depression, and state that it is “people” who could be affected. Making this all the more asinine is that in the article itself, those involved in this condition are routinely and properly referred to as “women” having their periods.
As many as 58 percent of people with depression who menstruate might have premenstrual exacerbation of depression, studies suggest.https://t.co/UDLdPiqkhr pic.twitter.com/kHeiwQpZAm

Newseum Art Installation – THE DAILY MIRROR
Sometimes you just have to honor the clickbait effort.
Look, it was a ridiculous piece on a pet crisis hotline, but damned if we would not click through this noble effort.
Of COURSE they did this on purpose, but you need to recognize when they have game at @DailyMirror#Newseum pic.twitter.com/FeRRdE2azk
