At NBC News, they have already developed the next round of hate crimes. The term “Clanker” has been declared derogatory when it is applied to automatons.
The outlet declared that referring to AI, delivery drones, or any other form of robotics as a Clanker is, in fact, a slur. Further, they found a linguistic expert to support this, and how it is basically a form of racism.

We have to admit, there is a compelling aspect to this, as we are rather apathetic about Los Angeles hosting the Summer Olympic Games. But the rationale here is the issue. Columnist Gustavo Arellano declares that he would now like to see the games removed from the city, all for the simple explanation that Donald Trump would have some form of involvement, including providing security in the city, especially after he had the National Guard brought in during the riots.
