Reporting on the Mirror – VARIOUS OUTLETS

  • After more than a week of damning evidence, this could possibly be the most damning.

Alex Thompson of Axios was on NewsNation to promote the book he wrote with Jake Tapper, “Original Sin.” In speaking with Leland Vittert about the role of the media in covering up the Joe Biden mental condition, Alex had a jarring anecdote.

Think back to some of the explanations we have been served over the past weeks concerning the revelations in their book and how to explain the performance of the press during the election:

  • The press missed a lot.

  • The White House hid so much from the media.

  • Many never saw these issues from Biden.

  • His lack of appearances meant few got to see his decline.

These, and many others, have been weak excuses few believed, and now Thompson blows all attempts out of the water.

He told Vittert of a conversation he had with a highly placed source in the administration, and not only did they attest to lying about Biden’s state of mind but this source was dismayed at how much the press was playing along and repeating every piece of spin and deflection offered up by Biden’s handlers, with little to zero skepticism heard.

This should prove beyond all else that the media all knew and were all in on the cover-up.

Hoax & Change – THE NEW YORK TIMES

  • Your equation here does not quite equate.

The New York Times is leading the charge in the media that President Trump is completely wrong about the violence, murder, and stealing of land from white South African farmers. One of the small problems with this narrative is that it is defied by past reports of these targeted murders – in The New York Times itself, as far back as two decades ago.

But the paper also delivers a strained effort to say that Trump is equally guilty of farm seizures. He was doing this in his first term, to get his border wall installed. Small difference that entire farms were not taken, people were compensated, and we here at RFTH are relatively certain that we would have seen news reports if the administration had been killing off the owners of the land at the time.

Prose & Contradiction – ASSOCIATED PRESS

  • If only you all would be able to find the proof on this story…which you provided.

There is every effort made in the media to contest President Trump’s claim that in South Africa they erected white crosses to signify the murders of white farmers. At the AP, they have an entry that disputes the president’s claim, reporting that at one agriculture fair in South Africa, they spoke with many farmers there who went on to state there is no such genocide taking place.

This could be seen as disproving the president, yet in the body of this photo montage they have a few entries of memorials that are set up – for all of the slain farmers they are telling us were not slain. The caption on one photo depicting a hillside festooned with hundreds of white crosses reads:

A view of crosses planted at the White Cross Monument, each one marking a white farmer who has been killed in a farm murder, is seen on a hillside in Ysterberg near Polokwane, South Africa, May 15, 2025. (AP Photo/Themba Hadebe)

So…it is not taking place, and here is the signifier that it is happening.

Anti-Social Media – CNN

  • Won’t somebody think about the poor oppressed terrorists?!

After the clearly targeted murders of two Israeli Embassy workers, CNN's Sara Snider was interviewing a former student of Columbia University who witnessed the murders. He described a parallel scene and similar behavior at the campus protests he had experienced. This took Snider to take the position that this could possibly lead to those protesters calling for the end of Israel being cast in a negative light:

Do you worry there will be a conflation though of the two — those people who are speaking their mind who really care about what’s happening in Gaza and those people who are like this person?'

Oh, yes, it’s so unfair when murders reflect poorly on those calling for violence.

Presentation Paradox – THE NEW YORK TIMES

  • How does one even consider getting away with this?!

One common trait from the press is when there is a shooting involving a white gunman there is zero hesitation in coming forward with accusations on what drove them to attack. However, make it an attack coming from someone of Mid-East extraction or the Muslim faith and the press is seen pumping the brakes and reserving judgment.

Case in point, here is The New York Times refusing to even address in the headline what it admitted to in the copy of its own report.

BlueAnon – CNN

  • Exposing the truth about journalism is an “attack”?! It goes downhill from there.

CNN’s S.E. Cupp is perturbed by how everyone is talking about CNN’s Jake Tapper releasing his book – especially on CNN’s own shows. What has her so miffed, beyond people picking on the media, is that all of this discussion is drawing attention away from the incessant negative coverage of President Trump. That is well and good, her derangement is already well-established.

But the amusement comes when she declares that this distraction is something that Trump has planned for, and people are…falling for it…?

Hold on a tic — “It’s by design”?! Is Ms. Cupp actually suggesting that Trump put her co-worker Jake Tapper up to releasing this book in order to pull attention away from what he is doing, and to discredit the media so he is the only authority?

Here is a simple solution to that issue, S.E.: Try reporting the truth accurately and then the press would not be so discredited.
