Legalized Press-titution – CNN / AXIOS
This was brutal, and needed.
The interview with Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson to hawk their book “Original Sin,” hosted by Megyn Kelly, went as well as expected, if not better. Kelly was firm and fair with the two journalists and did not hold back from holding them – especially Tapper – accountable for their prior coverage of Biden.
The entire interview is great and well worth the listen. One standout portion that was deeply welcomed was Tapper giving voice to what we have been saying for some time, that being how conservative outlets and those of us at the Townhall Media sites had been correct on Joe Biden’s condition, all while absorbing accusations and charges from the conventional press outlets.
OH that's what you need? Soul searching? How about jail.🤡

We knew you were shameless, no need for this level of proof.
There was an extraordinary display in the Oval Office today when President Trump welcomed the President of South Africa and then promptly showed him, and the gathered members of the press, a video that displayed the violence and other atrocities in the country with the white farmers who had been targeted and seeking asylum in our country.
🚨WOW: President Trump plays a video for South African President Cyril Ramaphosa of South African officials calling for the killing of white farmers and the theft of their land, bolstering claims of a genocide in his country. pic.twitter.com/MyDqeZoDTr

It was with amazement that NBC’s Peter Alexander made repeated attempts to deflect away from the video that was played because it interrupted the prevailing narrative that there was not any actual threats to these people. Alexander first asked Trump if he was only taking them in because they are white. The president laid into the reporter and insulted the integrity of both him and his network. But the newsman was undeterred by the shaming and came back for more.
Next, he asked a question concerning the controversy of the Qatari airliner gifted to the U.S., and Trump verbally pantsed Alexander, noting he was refusing to address the content of the video and just insulted him boldly.

Reporting on the Mirror – MSNBC
Apparently, admitting you were wrong is a sign of weakness.
Last year, Joe Scarborough topped our year-end list ranking the worst journalists of 2024. His constant support of the flagging Biden and perpetual wrongness was key, with his infamous vulgar rant declaring the then-president to be “the best Biden” he had seen being among one of the worst quotes of the year.
Scar-Joe sat in with Mark Halperin on his podcast, and when challenged directly by the host on this particular stance, Sacr-Joe refused to fess up and stands by his comments that he made:
"Put into proper context, I'm just not going to freak out and melt down on one or two clips here and there," the "Morning Joe" host added. "And again he bumbled around, and he stumbled around, but he has for quite some time. That didn't seem to me to get in the way of Joe Biden being able to analyze the most important issues."
Unreal.

Both Kinds of Standards – WASHINGTON POST
Hopefully, they can find the journalists behind this problem!
The Washington Post actually had the stones to run an editorial about Joe Biden’s recent diagnosis, going so far as to say the general public should have been more informed about the condition of the then sitting (stumbling) president.
Yes, the very same Washington Post that worked diligently to shoot down all manner of evidence concerning Biden’s condition.

Can Chris Jansing be considered a public defender now?
In yet another example of Border Czar Tom Homan shaming a journalist with the truth, Homan was on with Chris Jansing about the charges brought against Rep. LaMonica McIver for the time she stormed an ICE facility and assaulted officers there.
Jansing argues on behalf of the politician and claims she was never seen assaulting anyone, despite the — ya know — video evidence to the contrary.

Prose & Contradiction – THE BBC
So there is nothing we can do to stop it, so we should keep doing what we are doing.
In quite the admission from a news outlet, the BBC has come out to declare that after all of the policies, directives, and scare-mongering lectures on what we need to do to halt global warming, there is, in fact, nothing we can do. You see, no matter what, the sea levels are going to rise in a few hundred years, so promises the very same people whose past promises of calamity have yet to come to fruition:
Nearly 200 countries have pledged to try to keep the planet's warming to 1.5C, but the researchers warn that this should not be considered "safe" for coastal populations. But the scientists stress that every fraction of a degree of warming that can be avoided would still greatly limit the risks.
This would be the time that I remind folks that whenever we hear people on a street corner claiming they can control the weather they become institutionalized. For some reason, journalists who say the exact same thing are supposed to be taken seriously.
