Legalized Press-tiution – NewsNation
"That was some deeply impressive perambulating, and we caught it on film!"
In a very strained attempt at image cleanup, NewsNation White House correspondent Kellie Meyer delivers for us the hardcore proof President Biden is not mentally incapacitated. She provides evidence of the president walking...in a straight line.
Any claims to his diminished faculties have been completely invalidated.
This is the level we have reached in journalism?!

Here is @KellieMeyerNews (caught the deleted tweet) praising Joe Biden for walking in a straight line - to go spend days off - without creating an incident.
He did it everyone! Everything is just fine!! pic.twitter.com/qWZaG1Aukb

Apparently, it is unacceptable how Special Counsel Robert Hur exonerated Biden.
To see just how entrenched media partisanship can get, even good news for a preferred candidate can elicit harsh anger when it is not 100% glowing in content.
Look over this incensed reaction from entertainment columnist Kim Masters in response to Special Counsel Robert Hur declaring he will not be indicting Joe Biden over the classified documents issue.
The guy is an embarrassment to himself. A disrespectful, dishonest partisan hack.

Anti-Social Media – Deadspin
The best revenge is living well – and a lawyer working without a retainer.
Recall that story of the race-baiting Deadspin writer who felt the need to slander the character of a 9-year-old football fan at a Kansas City Chiefs game? Well, we learned that the kid was able to attend the Super Bowl in Las Vegas.
Oh, in addition, the family is suing the outlet for a "malicious and wanton" attack on the boy.
BREAKING: The family of a young Chiefs fan is suing after Deadspin reporter Carron Phillips accused the boy of wearing blackface.

News Avoidance Syndrome – Various Outlets
We may need to spin a wheel to find out WHICH detail the press is running away from with this one.
There was a shooting at the church run by mega-pastor Joel Osteen. Two individuals were injured by gunfire before the shooter was brought down by police on the scene as security. It will be an interesting game to see which data points about the shooter will be bypassed in the media reports:
Female
Leftist
Hispanic
Pro-Palestine
We can expect this to dissipate from the news cycle relatively quickly.
.@MSNBC ignores 'strong' evidence Lakewood megachurch shooter was carried out by a pro-Hamas terrorist; @CNN avoids shooter's transgenderismhttps://t.co/Zsz1wflDER

Artisanally-Crafted Narratives – ABC News
Only one side is impacted by their administration affiliations, Jon?
Tim Graham of NewsBusters pointed out this trend happening with Jonathan Karl on his weekend stint for Sunday's "This Week." In hosting a panel to discuss the Hur report, he had on Sarah Isgur.
Note that when introducing Isgur, she is a "Former Trump Justice Department Spokesperson."
Former Trump Justice Department spokesperson @WhigNewtons says the special counsel discussed Pres. Biden’s memory in the report to explain “why he believes a jury would not convict Joe Biden, even if they could probably prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.” https://t.co/wNTG2gxYpJ pic.twitter.com/6g4UB2dZmt

However, when it came to Braharara, he was merely a "former U.S. Attorney." There is no need for Karl to bring up that he served in the Obama administration, in his estimation.
Former U.S. Attorney @PreetBharara tells @JonKarl that special counsel Robert Hur’s additional statements about Pres. Biden’s memory in report were “gratuitous” and “superfluous.”

Gilded Reframe – Puck News
Oh, that kooky, profane president of ours...!
Recall the excited coverage Joe Biden received when he took office and declared that if anyone on his staff treated others angrily or with rude behavior, they would be dismissed immediately? It has become clear that the standard does not apply to the president himself.
We have seen prior reports of Biden swearing at staff and have those explained away. He uses "admonitions," frequently gets his Irish up, and has been referred to as "The Swearer in Chief."
In just the latest excuse-making example, Tara Palmeri describes the tirades experienced since the release of the Robert Hur report, and she finds it "comical."
The number of stories about Biden cursing people out since the Hur report came out is comical - cursed about Hur, called Netanyahu an "asshole," cursed out his staff over migration. Perhaps his team sees the fury leaks as a way to show that he's engaged & fighting
