Eleven State Attorneys General: Obamacare fixes "flatly illegal"

A group of state Attorneys General have sent a letter to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius slamming the Obama Administration for violating the Constitutional limits on the President's authority.

Many critics of this rogue President – including this one – have long wondered when someone would step forward to challenge Obama and preserve the Constitution. Maybe this is a big step in that direction. Hopefully, the AG's question lands in the Supreme Court - soon would be good.

Following is an excerpt from the story as broken by The Hill:

“We support allowing citizens to keep their health insurance coverage, but the only way to fix this problem-ridden law is to enact changes lawfully: through Congressional action,” the attorneys general wrote in a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. “The illegal actions by this administration must stop.”

They say the healthcare fix was “flatly illegal under federal constitutional and statutory law.” Read more
