Our Billionaires Kind of Stink

With some noticeable exceptions.

I think that most people dream of being rich. They think of the wonderful life they could live and possibly all of the good they might be able to do. Being wealthy has no relationship to moral goodness; being rich or poor has little or nothing to do with being good or bad. The U.S. currently has 989 billionaires according to Forbes. If a person is a billionaire, there are only a couple of ways that he arrived at that plateau:

- He (or she) provided goods and services that much of the world is willing to pay to use.

- He is the descendant of someone who provided the same.

- He made a fortune via Bitcoin or the markets, starting small and going big.

One doesn’t generally become a billionaire by selling vegetables or being a professor. We still live in the generation that can associate the names of many of the mega-rich with the companies they founded. But being rich doesn’t necessarily mean being good. I got a healthy chuckle upon hearing about Bill Gates trying to model himself after Mr. Rogers. Apparently, he went so far as to have his people buy specialty mannequins to try on potential combinations to see if it gave the right image that he wished to sell to the public. His apparent Epstein activities and stories of Russian ladies of the evening should have encouraged him to try to be more like Eddie Murphy in “Mr. Robinson’s Neighborhood.”

If one looks through the Forbes 400, he would see a lot of names that he doesn’t know. These are apparently very wealthy people who know how to keep a low profile. They no doubt enjoy and deploy their money as they see fit but away from the cameras and newspapers. Michael Dell surfaced when he made the largest donation to the U.S. government in history: $6.25 billion to set up Trump Accounts for children being born today in the United States. Many fine hospital and university buildings enjoy the names of billionaires. Hadassah Hospital here in Jerusalem has a mother and child building named after Michael Bloomberg’s mother.

WOKE

And while many of the ultra-wealthy either keep to themselves or do good with part of their fortunes, there are those who see their wealth as a weapon to be used to advance their ideological programs. George Soros and his Open Society come to mind, as they have been the driver for much of the anti-Western, anti-Israel protests for the past decade. Reid Hoffman apparently dropped $7 million to fund E. Jean Carroll’s sexual harassment suit against Donald Trump. The supposed victim cannot recall when the purported crime took place and conveniently said under oath that she received no outside funding for the lawsuit. The Department of Justice has opened an investigation into possible perjury in her deposition. Neville Roy Singham is a tech billionaire who apparently is one of the major funders of anti-ICE, anti-Trump, and anti-West protests in the United States. He is an “avowed Marxist” who sold his IT consulting firm for nearly $1 billion.

And money is definitely needed for the Astroturf protests that never seem to stop. People are being bussed, getting paid, and are receiving supplies. Fresh signs, food, and other equipment magically appear in neat piles not far from anti-ICE or similar protests. Many have noted seeing the same people at different protests and rallies geographically far apart. It is a marriage made in hell: ultra-wealthy haters of America, Donald Trump, DOGE, Elon Musk, etc. with liberals who need a purpose in life and some cash. Without the dough, the protests would be much smaller and a lot less violent. Adding the Muslim Brotherhood/Qatar funding and manpower has turbocharged protests against Jews—not just Israelis—everywhere. Why should an aggressive protest take place outside a synagogue or kosher restaurant that has no clear connection to Israel or the policies of Binyamin Netanyahu? It’s Jew hate and it has over it an “anti-Zionism” band-aid to make it look acceptable.

Ultimately, many super-wealthy are funding people who are opposed to reality and good. Let’s look at some of their favorite protest topics:

- Israel: They claim that there was a mythical country called “Palestine” and those terrible Jews took it away. They add to it genocide, starvation, and claiming to have invented humus when really the Arabs did. There was no Palestine, as the Ottoman Empire crumbled and was replaced by a British Mandate. There was no genocide, as the Palestinian population kept growing even during war. Ditto for starvation. There seems to be a new restaurant opening in Gaza every week and some of the fat Gazans might want to try out for the Pittsburgh Steelers defense.

- DOGE/Tesla: It seems so long ago when people were damaging Teslas or torching dealerships. What was their beef with a super-smart immigrant from South Africa? As DOGE was his baby, they saw that he was going to shut down their billions in government giveaways. But they couldn’t say the truth. So, they said that he was causing massive death by shutting down USAID. They attacked Musk and damaged cars produced by Tesla because they argued that DOGE’s audits were a threat to the world. The reality was that hundreds of billions of U.S. dollars were sent out for political purposes, and the president with DOGE wanted to put an end to the practice. They lied about Musk and many of the fake protests ended on the clock, as no overtime pay was included.

- Illegal Aliens: ICE is doing the work of the federal government by removing people who have no legal right to be in the United States. They seem to focus heavily on criminals, but the removal of any illegal alien is a win for American workers and tax-payers. The clown mayor of Boston said that anyone in the world has a RIGHT to come to the United States. Where did such a right come from? Which document or law states as much? The entire asylum business is a sham. Those coming are not running for their lives but looking for better economic prospects. Technically, asylum-seekers must stop in the first country they enter. But they don’t: they continue on to the U.S. or Europe for benefits and a nice house with a backyard.

- Trans: Trans has no relationship to reality. It involves the delusions of people who have some type of mental illness. Tomboys remain girls and effeminate guys remain dudes. The purpose here is to destroy the God-given system of men and women, boys and girls. Marriage and producing future generations are all an anathema to our atheistic lefties. Trans is their way of saying that God will not tell the world how things work. A woman can pretend to be a guy and become a “birthing person,” while some loser with XY chromosomes can whip on a wig and take home all of the track and field hardware from the women.

Our left-wing billionaires are never seen at the rallies they fund. They keep an arms-length distance from the destruction of Western society that they have initiated and continue to support. A key feature of our ultra-wealthy set is that they are never impacted by the policies they support through their financial largess. Large houses with tall fences and armed security mean that lunatics released by Soros DA’s will never come to harm the ones who paid for the DA’s to win their races. Drugs coming from an open border will not kill their children who go to only the finest private schools.

In the past, the rich like Carnegie saw with their wealth a responsibility to make society better. Our clown class of billionaires see their job to destroy the country that made them rich.
