Many of those in the public eye have opinions that have no impact on their personal lives.
How holy is Yom Kippur? The secular state of Israel, that allows the sale of non-kosher food and the desecration of the Sabbath by public buses, closes the international Ben Gurion Airport for 24 hours. So, when Goblin Greta and her crew approached Israel, the country had to employ hundreds of navy and police personnel on Yom Kippur to impound the boats and arrest the losers. The boats were searched and there was no humanitarian aid of any kind present. So what were they thinking? They probably wanted a violent confrontation with Israel—with casualties—to strengthen their activist resumes. The next best option would have been to glide into Gaza and prove that they can beat the evil IDF’s totally legal blockade. In the end, they received the worst outcome possible. After they threw their phones overboard, they were quietly arrested and taken to Israel. These people have no skin in the game, so it really is just playtime for them. They don’t care about Gazans or Israelis. They just want to live out their fantasies of being important and pretending to help the downtrodden—with empty boats.
Dealing with another fraud, J.K. Rowling continues to hold her ground on a subject that 30 years ago would have been considered a farce: trans mania that claims that people can change their “gender” like socks. Biologically, genetically, and factually there are two sexes, determined by one’s genetic makeup. Sure, there are some unusual cases, and the word “androgynous” actually appears in the rabbinic literature of nearly 2,000 years ago. But for the vast majority, one is born a boy or girl, and no, doctors really don’t have a very hard time determining this fact immediately after birth. But with a bored generation with no religion and filled with self-loathing, the thing to do is change gender and take all of the girls’ trophies. Rowling has been a lion in fighting those who believe in destroying women’s lives and spaces. She has faced death threats and enormous hatred, but she continues to soldier on.
In replying to Harmione, Emma Watson, she made many extraordinary statements. None was more potent than her comment that she, Rowling, was not a multimillionaire at age 14—thus implying that the Harry Potter witch was. She then went on to describe the destructive effects of Watson’s support for “trans” on real women, like those who share prisons or shelters with fake women. I loathe Watson as she never said a word after so many Israeli women were raped and killed, this despite her official position as UN Women Goodwill Ambassador. She was perfectly positioned to speak out against violence and terror against women. But she said nothing—the victims were Israelis, and obviously they don’t count. There is no room on her narcissistic broom for anybody else.
The point that Rowling made about Watson could be extended to many other people in the public domain. Many a fine actor with armed security like Matt Damon has waxed philosophically on the need to get rid of guns. People like Mark Zuckerberg who would never see an illegal alien beyond a waiter in a restaurant can demand an open border. Their children will never have poor illegal students holding their classes back. They will never have squatters in their neighborhoods, with increases in crime and disorder. The Davos crowd can fly private and demand that normal Americans give up their pickups, barbecues and air conditioners. Many of those who pushed Covid restrictions were photographed without masks, at restaurants, or in large crowds. Like Hermione, they can demand of others that which has no impact on their own lives but can destroy the lives of those “others.”
“Gun control” is generally the process of removing weapons from law-abiding citizens and thus making them more vulnerable to the bad guys who can always get guns. The funny thing about the Hollywood clowns is not only that they employ gorillas with concealed weapons, but many of them, like Damon, star in movies that have lots of bullets flying around the screen. Disarming responsible citizens does not reduce crime. Unfettered immigration does not make for a more perfect union. Those in border towns or even cities like Chicago and New York City where illegals were shipped suffer from the inability to absorb so many people. The Big Apple, the largest city in the U.S., could not withstand the requirements of 30,000 illegal immigrants gifted by Texas’s governor. They needed to find housing for these folks, provide them food, medical and an allowance. The numbers are in the billions and the city commandeered several valuable properties to put up people who had no right to be in the country.
This phenomenon of supporting positions that have no impact on one’s life but are completely destructive to others is nothing new. We have seen hypocrisy for ages, but the point of Rowling saying that Watson was so ignorant that she doesn't even know how ignorant she is is a poignant description of many in Hollywood, sports, and online who try to leverage their fame for some social importance. They support Hamas, though they would not want their children burned in front of them. They demand the end of oil while they arrive at protests in SUVs and fly throughout the world in carbon-dioxide spitting private planes. They can hold any position they like, but let’s demand that they also be subject to the outcome of their views. If Watson wants to spend some time in jail with a guy who goes by Sally, then maybe she could use the experience to reevaluate her views on trans and women’s spaces. Mayor Jane Byrne of Chicago at least lived in the Cabrini Green housing project to show others that she would share some of their pain. Sure, it was a gimmick, but at least she tried to show that she cares about their suffering. One of Donald Trump's greatest strengths is that he understands the lives of normal Americans, even though he grew up and lives in the highest economic stratum.
J.K. Rowling hit the nail on the head when she called out Emma Watson for her support on trans. Watson thinks that she is being merciful and supportive of people who try to change their gender. Rowling knows the real wages of such efforts, including the sterilization of young children and the destruction of women’s spaces. If one bought into Watson’s worldview, there would be no place left for women. Some guys would take their prizes, positions and honors. We have already seen men pretending to be women getting prestigious honors or taking women’s places on sports teams. When I was at Harvard, I found it funny that Radcliffe still had programs, grants, and seminars only for women. If I was there today, I could just put on a wig, call myself Ellen, and get in on the plunder.
Harvard is full of Hermiones and has just brought in a new Indian professor who goes by the name of LaWhore Vagistan. It is amazing that in the 1950s if anyone asked about trans he would have given a Rowling answer from every direction. Today, the best and brightest have become the demented and the degenerate. No, there is no trans. Instead, there are very famous frauds who use their fame to peddle ridiculous ideas which have no impact on their lives, but can destroy the lives of others about whom they simply do not care.
