Those who wish to remove lefty European governments are using the wrong metrics.
Josef Stalin was an evil man by any standard. He was responsible directly or otherwise for the deaths of millions of Soviet and other citizens. He was ruthless in power and could make his opponents disappear from this world as well as from old pictures in which they appeared. And while Stalin was a horrific human being, he did have a certain understanding of how the world worked. When someone suggested that he turn to the Pope for an alliance against Hitler, he asked, “How many divisions does the Pope have?” And when the discussion turned to elections, he said that it does not matter who votes but rather who counts the votes. And as we learned in 2020 when Republicans were shut out of several venues while suitcases and boxes of ballots miraculously arrived, Stalin’s insights were not limited to the USSR.
The British right recently had a large rally in London. Those who hate themselves and their country claimed that only around 100,000 people participated. Organizers like Tommy Robinson claimed that the real number was around 3 million. While that is an impressive number of protesters, their net impact is virtually nil. And this is the problem with the right: it measures its victories with the wrong measuring sticks. If someone had done a poll before the planned September 13th march, he would already have known that a large percentage of the UK public is fed up with uncontrolled immigration and its negative impact on society. Millions have expressed their dissatisfaction with Keir Starmer, whose approval rating is around that of foot and mouth disease. The coordination required to bring so many people to the capital and pull off a clean, successful event is impressive. But in the real world, they are equivalent to the voters and not the ones that matter, namely those who count the votes.
It is the British government, the courts, the EU, and of course the media that keep the relentless flow of illegal immigrants going. Many of the new arrivals hate the country that often gives them housing as well as financial support. They rejoice in condemning the accepting British people whereas their home countries are as hospitable as a raging forest fire. The powers that control what really goes on in England are all for continued immigration and the near-certain destruction of the country. Even Nigel Farage, between his flip-flops, has suggested that they need to work with the Pakistani population and not work towards sending people back to Peshawar. The problem that the British have is not that millions are dissatisfied. The real problem is that they do not have a Donald Trump figure who is willing to combat all of the institutional forces hellbent on destroying their formerly great country. The police arrest people for memes and social media posts. They actively protect groups and individuals that wish to end the UK as it is and turn it into a full-bore Sharia state. 3 million people can take the streets of London, but the next day, nothing has changed. Period.

The same is true throughout Europe. We have seen there, in the US and also in Brazil that judges have decided to take the country’s fate into their hands. Watch the judge in Brazil who looks like a cross between Darth Vader and Voldemort thrill over the 27 year sentence handed down to Jair Bolsonaro. The European courts have made it their business to keep the boats coming and prevent even the worst of the worst from being ejected from bloc countries. Unless you have a Donald Trump clone who takes on the leftist EU and UK institutions, then you will only clip around the edges but not address the main problems. If Tommy Robinson wants the England of the 1990s where people safely walked the streets and the country was clean, then he would have to eject several hundred thousand people and stop at all cost—including lives lost at sea—immigrants illegally entering from the sea. That will not happen. The authorities escort illegals into the country, and there is no shortage of stories of illegal immigrants receiving housing (see: Epping), money, cellular phones and other goods from the taxpayers. Undoing all of that will not come with a march. At best, it might come with many consecutive elections and a sincere effort at tearing down the traitorous institutions that have destroyed the UK. At worst, it is a violent revolution. The British are disarmed, and I don’t think that they have the kishkes (Yiddish: internal fortitude) for a bloody fight. I have enormous respect for Tommy Robinson, Eva Vlaardingerbroek, and others who are fighting for the future of Europe. The problem they have is that much of the electorate buys into cultural suicide and even if Marine Le Pen or AfD come to power, the institutional roadblocks to true progress are enormous. Geert Wilders won his election and nothing substantively changed in Holland.
Italy elected a MAGA-esque leader in Giorgia Meloni, yet I have not heard of the ejection of 100,000 illegal entry Muslims. Maybe the boats have stopped, or maybe they still enter at a trickle. Whatever the situation is, it is not the beginning of a revolution to return Italy to what it was 30 years ago. The birth rate is still in the basement, and some small towns are giving away houses for 1 Euro so that they will not completely die and be removed from the map forever. If each country had taken in 5,000 illegals, then it would not have experienced the changes taking place in Europe today. Additionally, one election and 25 planes later, the problem is over. But Europe brought Muslims by the millions. England sacrificed 100,000 or more young white girls to Pakistani rape gangs in the name of diversity and so as not to appear racist. To eject those demanding a Sharia state and/or denigrating their new countries would require an effort so enormous that it will not happen without total revolution and the ignoring of courts and other pro self-destruction institutions. Native European birth rates jumping to 5.0 per woman are more likely than the ejection of Muslims and the reclaiming of authentic European cultures. Europeans are like those on the Titanic: the ship is going to sink, so let’s just make the best of it as we go down.
The original enablers of uncontrolled immigration like Angela Merkel are enjoying their pensions. I have seen videos and reports that many European women do not feel safe going out alone or at night. That should not be the case. While the same may be true in Chicago, there the problem is home-bred and must be dealt with through prison time and tough policing. In Europe, much of the problem is imported and what comes in can be sent out—when there is political will to do it. A large march is very impressive. So is putting up St. George flags everywhere. But that changes nothing on the ground. The vote will be split between the Tories and Reform, and the new leader will have the political strength to say that he wishes that he could eject the illegals from British shores. Nothing will change short of revolution, and while 3 million people are willing to march, are they willing to fight? I would not put my pounds, Euros or dollars on that happening. The people are disarmed and all of the institutions are against country-saving changes. Goodbye England. Au revoir France. Tschuss Germany. Ciao Italy. And Salam Alaikum to the new European order.
