One must always remember that CAIR and Hamas are different branches of the same organization.

I used to row a lot and even today my rowing “erg” has over 3.5 million meters on it. When I was in Madison, I belonged to a wonderful rowing club. One day, a friend from Palm Beach said that a guy from his club would be in Madison and asked if I could help get him on the water. I had met the fellow in Florida and to say that he was aggressive was an understatement. He was a well-known lawyer and he was pushy, pushy. When we met at the boathouse, Lake Mendota was showing waves. I told him that the water was too choppy to go out. Instead of blowing his stack as I anticipated, he started to shmooze. He wanted to know about me, my research, and life in Wisconsin’s capital. I was quite surprised that he seemed almost normal. After 20 minutes, he pointed to the water, which had calmed down and said, “Okay, now we row.”

The Muslim Brotherhood is an umbrella organization for many Islamic groups. Hamas is a card-carrying member of the Brotherhood, as is the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Though Hamas is a murderous terror organization with rivers of blood on its hands while CAIR is run out of an office and has branches throughout the U.S., their goals are identical: Islamic control of the world. Just as Von Clausewitz posited that “war is a continuation of politics by other means,” “jihad” can come in many forms. Sometimes it is quite violent; other times it may involve working congressional or parliamentary avenues over years. While the means differ, the goals are the same. And the West is asleep at the switch and does not realize that Islam as a political-religious movement does not want to live in peace with the West; rather, it wants to control it and put it under strict Sharia law.

Most Arab countries like UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia have labeled the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization and banned it. One would think that Western countries would take their cue from those who best understand the organization and follow suit. But no, our open to the point of self-destruction Western countries do not ban an organization and its affiliates that present a direct threat to the values and way of life of Western citizens. Those marching on campus and through the streets of the U.S., Europe and Australia may have started with anti-Israel demands, but they have for the past few months made it clear that they hate their hosts and wish to destroy them from within. Whether it be in Washington, London, Munich or Sydney, Muslims are on record saying that they are working to replace their governments with a Sharia state. While the West may yawn, it might wish to take note of the downward trajectories of Iran and Turkey when their highly secular, pro-West governments were replaced with Islamic regimes. The outcome in Europe or in the U.S. would be the same or worse.

If European leaders are enamored with pleasing their Islamic guests, then the onus falls on the people to get politicians who are thinking straight elected. In Germany, AfD fell short and was shut out. France banned Marine LePen when she was clearly in first place for the next elections. Britain’s Reform Party seems to be connected to some type of oscillating device: one day they are for a Minister for Deportation, the next they say that they want to work with the large Pakistani population in England.

If the people can get sane politicians elected, then they need to get to work immediately:

1. Deport anyone who can be legally removed from the country.

2. Demand that any remaining immigrants learn the language, laws and customs of the host country and swear allegiance to it.

3. Stop mass migration from Muslim countries; accept immigrants on a case-by-case basis.

4. Use surveillance on mosques and Islamic institutions to detect any anti-Western or anti-government activity that goes beyond protected speech.

5. Ban the Muslim Brotherhood and any similar institutions that have Sharia as their final goal for their host country.

While the list above is what should be done, I don’t expect that it will be followed. The Europeans don’t have the energy, interest, or belief in their countries which would be necessary to protect their histories and cultures. Add to the situation that the EU, NATO and other globalist bodies will continue to prevent anti-immigration candidates from taking national control in any country. Then there are the European courts that will find any excuse not to eject illegal immigrant criminals. We already mentioned the one fellow whose removal from the UK was canceled because his young son did not like the chicken nuggets of his destination country.

This week, the Palestinian Authority (PA) officially placed Hussein Al-Sheikh as the heir to Mahmoud Abbas. I have written previously that he was directly involved in the suicide bombing in 2002 in which my son and I were injured. I have shouted for all to hear that the U.S. should not deal with this person. Tony Blinken met him in Washington as have local U.S. officials here in Israel. Why? Because nobody expects the Palestinians to produce anything better. When Kurt Waldheim’s Nazi past caught up with him, even an amoral organization like the UN had to get rid of him. With the Palestinians, nobody expects them to produce anything but terrorists. Many in Israel and beyond have wished for the release and election of Marwan Barghouti, another figure in the March 21, 2002, Jerusalem bombing in which we had an unplanned cameo. Nobody expects the Palestinians to produce moral and productive men to run their affairs. They had an American-trained economist as prime minister, and he was as appealing to the locals as bad breath. Nobody demands that the Palestinians produce quality leaders; when one recalls their macabre transfer of the Bibas remains in Gaza, he understands why. I hope that Ambassador Mike Huckabee will have nothing to do with the terrorist Al-Sheikh.

Islam is a mortal threat to the West and must be regulated. The large-scale importation of unvetted Western-hating immigrants must be reversed if Europe is to have any future similar to its past. The U.S. is in less peril but would be well-served ejecting anyone in violation of a visa who has participated in anti-U.S. protests. This is not a game or an exercise in free speech. The future of the West—and mankind—hangs in the balance.
