LISTEN: TRIGGERED: A Controversial New Year's Resolution and Kanye's Back On the Trump Train

The holidays are officially over, but there is some good news: the Triggered Podcast is back! Episode 41 is here.

Matt was out sick, so Storm had Townhall's newest intern, Zach, join him in the studio. Though 2019 just started, the guys still had plenty to talk about, from the government shutdown to "Never Trumpers" and Kanye getting back on the Trump train.

Storm and Zach talk about the government shutdown that is now two weeks in, and still ongoing. With no end in sight, Democrats in Congress are refusing to provide funds for the president's promised border wall.

Speaking of Democrats in Congress, the first Democrat candidate announced they were starting an exploratory committee for a 2020 presidential run. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), aka Lie-a-watha, is running, even though her chances of winning the Democratic nomination and defeating President Trump in the general election are slim to none, just like her Native American heritage.

Newly-elected Sen. Mitt Romney is already making headlines. In a Washington Post op-ed, Romney criticized the president for his "low character." Storm's rant against Never Trumpers and Republican critics of the president is a can't miss.

The guys also address former Saturday Night Live star Jane Curtin's controversial New Year's resolution, made live on CNN, of course. Curtin stated, "My New Year’s resolution is to make sure that the Republican Party dies." Talk about unhinged.

In the smorgasbord segment, Storm and Zach slam UPS union teamsters who robbed a number of employees of their hard-earned paychecks. After working more than 40 hours in a week, some seasonal workers took home less than $15 in pay.

Also, they praise the rapper Kanye West for his latest tweets, as he triggered leftists and appears to have jumped back on the Trump train.
