Trump Has the Ultimate Surprise For Daniel Penny

In an unconventional move, President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance invited Daniel Penny, who gained national attention for being acquitted in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely, to the prestigious Army-Navy game. This decision highlighted Trump’s continued decency toward someone who was abused by the United State’s own legal system.

Penny will join Vance as his “personal guest” in the private suite at the game in Landover, Maryland after a corrupt New York City Attorney General Alvin Bragg tried to ruin his life for having a backbone.”

“Daniel’s a good guy, and New York’s mob district attorney tried to ruin his life for having a backbone,” Vance wrote on X. “I’m grateful he accepted my invitation and hope he’s able to have fun and appreciate how much his fellow citizens admire his courage.”

After Penny was acquitted on Monday, Vance tweeted that the case was a “ scandal Penny was ever prosecuted in the first place.”

“I have not said much about this case out of fear of (negatively) influencing the jury,” Vance wrote. “But thank God justice was done in this case.”

While the left-wing media has painted Penny as a “white supremacist, many others view him as a hero who courageously stepped in after Neely threatened to kill people.

Penny’s lawyer, Thomas Kenniff, said Vance texted the 26-year-old to congratulate him on being a free man, which is when he invited Penny to the game. Kenniff said his client is excited to attend the game with the future president and vice president of the United States.

“We were all shocked,” Kenniff said. “Danny’s first reaction was that ‘there are a lot of veterans more deserving than me.’ Steve Raiser and I responded that you don’t say no to the incoming Vice President of the United States.”

According to sources, Trump was invested in the case throughout the trial. He reportedly even called Penny one night while the jury deliberated.
