The Dem Operative Class Is Risking Death Threats With This 2028 Advice

We’re crazy people. We’re already talking about 2028 when the 2026 midterms aren’t even finished yet, but that’s just how life is. It’s always an election, a battle, and an enemy to defeat. Politics is the organization of our conflicts, and that might become a barrier for basic Democrats who won’t like what their campaign strategists say about their next presidential candidate: it has to be a straight white guy.

They’re risking death putting this out there. The point is that the gay soy boys aren’t going to cut it, and there can be zero nonwhites helming the top of the ticket. For a political base that’s obsessed with race, I’m sure a meltdown is looming (via Fox News):

Democratic strategists are reportedly pushing for the 2028 presidential candidate to be a "straight, White, Christian man" after recent losses, an Axios report alleged.

"Some top Democrats are quietly debating a fraught question: whether the party's best bet for winning back the presidency in 2028 is to nominate a man — perhaps a straight, White, Christian man," Axios reported on Sunday.

"Their fear, divulged with dismay in group chats, at cocktail parties and increasingly in public, is that parts of the electorate are too biased to support a woman or other diverse candidate for president," the report continued.

The report noted that Democratic strategists have become apprehensive after both former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former Vice President Kamala Harris lost to President Donald Trump in their respective campaigns, though most of these comments have happened "behind closed doors."

"Democratic strategists have put it bluntly, with several saying a version of 'It has to be a White guy,'" Axios reported.

It’s an unintentional troll move. Sure, many will be mad that this suggests the Democrats must channel their inner-Republican to win, as their previous attempts in these contests using the identitarian carousel have been disastrous.

Frankly, that’s not accurate. The candidate who wins the primaries should lead the party. It’s a simple principle. In 2024, Democrats abandoned that principle by backing Kamala Harris, who many see as unqualified, to succeed Biden after party leaders removed him from the ticket. If you focus too much on race, Democrats will face defeat again.

I doubt this insane base will heed this advice. I hope they don’t.
