On today's episode of Unredcated, I discuss the legal issues in Don Lemon's case. Evidence indicates that Don Lemon was aware of and helped plan the disruption of a church service in Minneapolis. He was arrested and released without bail. The law requires bail to be set at a reasonable amount, so it doesn't surprise me that he was released. Keep in mind that this was not the case for any J6er who faced bail set at unreasonable amounts. Don Lemon claims his action was legal under the First Amendment and freedom of the press, which is not what he's being accused of. He is accused of participating in blocking, coordinating, and disrupting a church service. He was inside, confronting people, and ignoring requests to leave. I believe there are strong arguments against Don Lemon when the facts of the case are analyzed.
