Democrat Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) cornered one of the ladies of The View on Thursday after he stunned co-host Joy Behar by pointing out the political warfare against President-elect Donald Trump.
"Those kinds of charges would have never been brought unless one side realized that they could weaponize that," Fetterman said. The pardon of Hunter Biden was warranted because he believes it was politically motivated, the senator claimed. Still, he also thinks the New York case against Trump was politically motivated.
However, Fetterman chose the worst possible person to say such words to. Behar’s reaction was so intense; it was as if someone had just told her that her multi-million dollar paycheck was being taken away.
"In both cases, a pardon is appropriate," Fetterman said, pointing to his party, which claimed to be the party of criminal justice but blew it after outgoing President Joe Biden pardoned his corrupt son, Hunter Biden.

While Fetterman is a Democrat, he has occasionally demonstrated a willingness to work across party lines and is one of the few rational Democrats to walk this country.

After putting Behar in her place, he admitted admiring Elon Musk despite supporting the opposing party.
"Yes, he's on a different team, but that doesn't make me an enemy," he said. "Hey - he has made our economy and our nation better, and our politics are different, [but] that doesn't make him an enemy."
