UPDATE: The Secret Service says President Donald Trump is safe. The Trump campaign says he has been checked in at a local medical facility for assessment.
Former Ambassador Kip Tom, who was in the front row at the rally, tells Townhall shots came from different directions and that he believes there were two shooters. He also witness others injured from the shots.

Speaking during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania Saturday evening, President Donald Trump was injured after a series of "pops." He fell to the ground after opening remarks and then got up -- raising his first. He was bleeding from the right side of his head and was taken away by Secret Service. Witnesses. Reporters say there were multiple shots.
When he stood back up, Trump said while pumping his first, "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!" He was then taken away by Secret Service and was walking on his own. According to the footage, additional shots were fired when he stood back up.

According to Rep. Dan Meuser (R-PA) who was in the front row at the rally near Trump with Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) and Pennsylvania GOP Senate Candidate Dave McCormick at the rally.
Meuser says he heard 8-10 shots. Says it appears mulitple people in the crowd may have been hit and were down. Says that it sounded like a .22 or a small caliber weapon.
At this time there are no suspects. Law enforcement is scouring the area as attendees of the rally depart the premises.
