What Answer Was This Dem Supposed to Give When Asked This Question?

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but what is this Democrat supposed to say? We know we suck. Rep. Katherine Clark (D-MA), the House Minority Whip, was caught between a rock and a hard place, though there is something funny about CNN putting her in that position.

Numerous polls have Democrats and their brand in the toilet. It’s toxic. It’s as radioactive as Chernobyl. This week, NBC News had a poll showing that the only things less popular than Democrats right now are Iran and artificial intelligence. Folks, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a primary target for the Left, remains more popular than Democrats.

CNN’s Kate Bolduan asked Clark about her party’s sucky poll numbers, and Clark said, well, we have other polls showing we’re doing better.

What other polls? Internal DNC surveys? No way—you guys suffocated your own 2024 autopsy because it shows what a mess the Democrats have become. Granted, I get it: you must be Baghdad Bob here. At the same time, CNN is the one that checkmates you here? I mean, there are no other polls, even D+20 polls still have Democrats in iffy waters. Again, you spin, even if it's weak sauce, but when CNN can't even save you, you know it's bad.
