There is a lot of drama in Milan ahead of these Winter Olympics. We have American athletes trashing the country they represent. They’re ICE-bashing, walking a waffled line regarding representing this country under Donald J. Trump. It’s ludicrous. Granted, it’s not unexpected, but it pales in comparison to this interview with a Norwegian athlete who just medaled and used it as a therapy session.

Biathlete Sturla Holm Laegreid took home the bronze, but his interview was anything but joyful. The Norwegian Olympian decided to talk deeply about his personal life, where he admitted to cheating on his girlfriend:

What a wild turn. Hey, I medaled at the Olympic Games. Also, I cheat on my girlfriend. In 2023, Laegreid was banned from other competitions after accidentally firing his competition rifle in his hotel room.

Well, nothing is ever boring in Italy.
