President-elect Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, has said the largest deportation operation in U.S. history will begin on Day One, where the administration will prioritize national security and public safety threats before moving on. Once they start, “there will be a massive psychological media operation run…it’ll be kids in cages with an exponent,” TPUSA founder and president Charlie Kirk noted last month during an interview with Homan.
Homan explained enforcement has always been controversial and emotional but said the key factor is controlling the messaging.
“They’re not gonna stop us,” he said, “the hate’s coming.”
The former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement relayed that he told Trump how they can combat the media’s campaign against their efforts.
He called for a weekly press briefing to show the nation who they arrested, why they arrested them, and where they arrested them.

When deportations begin, there will be a massive, coordinated media operation exploiting the first image of a crying woman or a crying baby. We must be ready to counter it with force.

Last month, Homan spoke at TPUSA's AmericaFest conference and explained why he's so passionate about getting illegal immigration under control.
"People always ask me why I take this so seriously. People say Tom Homan's a racist, Tom Homan's an a**hole, say whatever you want, I don't give a s***," he said.
"Why do I care? I've talked to little girls as young as 9 years old that we're raped multiple times. When you look into a little girl's eyes, 9 years old, who had adults take everything innocent and pure from her, you look in those eyes, those eyes have no life in them, their life will never be the same."
