Kyl calls Kagan on national-security bias

Look at Jon Kyl go! Senator Kyl pressed Elena Kagan on her national security positions. Kagan wrote that it was unfortunate that the Graham amendment might block terrorists held in foreign military bases from challenging their confinement in a U.S. civilian court. Kagan essentially said that Kyl shouldn't believe the plain meaning of her words.
