During a press availability with reporters in Florida Tuesday morning, former New York City mayor and Democrat presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg admitted he can't win the nomination through the primary process.
“Well I don’t think I can win any other way,” Bloomberg says when asked if he wants a contested convention. Wow.

Bloomberg was asked what he would consider a win tonight and what states he expects to win. "I don't know whether you're gonna win any. You don't have to win states you have to win delegates." Said he expected nobody will get a majority and this will go to the convention

Further, as Democrat candidates drop out of the race in a last ditch effort to boost Joe Biden over Bernie Sanders on Super Tuesday, Bloomberg isn't going anywhere.
Bloomberg just had a pretty testy back and forth with the press in Miami. “Joe’s taking votes away from me,” he said when asked about the rest of the moderates consolidating. “I have no intention of dropping out.”

Since Biden handily won the South Carolina primary on Saturday, he's raised $10 million. Democrat candidates Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar have dropped out of the race and quickly endorsed him. Still, Sanders is going to be tough to beat before the polls close tonight.
