Barack Obama Won't Endorse Joe Biden But This Guy Just Did

Former President Barack Obama is staying out of the 2020 democratic primary and will sit by and watch as nearly two dozens candidates fight it out before taking on President Donald Trump.

One of those candidates is Obama's former Vice President and Senator Joe Biden. He entered the race Thursday morning by painting America as a cesspool of racism.

But while Obama plans to sit on the sidelines until a nominee is chosen by Democrat voters, disgraced Stormy Daniels attorney and mainstream media hero Michael Avenatti is jumping right in.

Avenatti currently faces decades in prison after attempting to blackmail and extort Nike. Additionally, earlier this month a federal grand jury issued an indictment containing 36 charges of fraud, perjury, tax evasion, theft and more. From the LA Times:

Avenatti stole millions of dollars from five clients and used a tangled web of shell companies and bank accounts to cover up the theft, the Santa Ana grand jury alleged in an indictment that prosecutors made public Thursday.

U.S. Atty. Nick Hanna said Avenatti’s wide variety of alleged crimes were all linked to one another. Avenatti would use money embezzled from clients to “string along” other victims to whom he owed money — all in an effort to keep his “financial house of cards from collapsing,” the U.S. attorney said.

Biden has also picked up a number of endorsements from his former Senate peers.
