I’ve had the chance to write fairly extensively today about the vitriolic hatred that the U.S. is facing over FIFA’s decision to overturn the suspension of Folarian Balogun due to the absurd reactions from members of the media and leftists who hate our country essentially calling for us to lose on purpose because of their hatred of President Donald Trump.
What I take the most pride in is that I now have the chance to write about the hypocritical hatred that the British are showing in the U.S. being treated justly in the world of soccer.

Last week, the story everyone told was how unfair it was that Balogun was sent off and forced to sit out of a match for a foul he didn’t commit and for an improper use of VAR. They likewise showed a number of instances in which the world’s stars committed the same “foul” and didn’t even get so much as a talking to, let alone a red card.
Now, just because Trump made a call and put a team together, this is somehow the greatest atrocity in the history of soccer. Never mind that Qatar and Saudi Arabia were even granted their bids to host a World Cup. Likewise, the illegal goal Diego Maradona scored on his way to leading to Argentina’s 1986 World Cup victory. It’s the fact that justice was served to a guy that everyone acknowledged was screwed over just last week. Despite the head of FIFA acknowledging that Trump simply asked FIFA to look into the matter rather than apply any sort of supposed pressure, these hooligans want to paint this as a world leader thumbing the scales to benefit their country (not that I really see that as a bad thing in something as menial as a sporting tournament).
The irony comes in when you realize that Keir Starmer, the disgraced Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, likewise made requests to FIFA for the benefit of his national team. Of course, we only heard crickets from the idiotic foreign talking-heads about that one.

I wouldn’t call myself a die-hard soccer fan, but I certainly watch and play much more of the sport than the average American. The hatred that we’re getting from Eurotrash commentators who can’t stand the fact that we’re beating them at their own game is making it hard to not call it my favorite sport though.
