Alleged comedian Jimmy Kimmel is having a rough time after ABC decided to send his late-night talk show to television Hades.
Sources at ABC told the Daily Mail that Kimmel “Is absolutely f*****g livid” that he can no longer use his late-night television gig to whine about President Donald Trump and his supporters. “Ive never seen Jimmy this angry,” a producer said.
Another source said Kimmel is “pissed over the decision to suspend him and the show, and he isn’t going to take this lightly, as he is actively looking for ways to get out of his contract.” The individual indicated that “This is the last straw and Jimmy is now looking to forever break his relationship with ABC forever.”
Stephen Colbert, another late-night talk show host who lost his job over his Trump obsession, “is already looking to get Jimmy on his show as a guest in the next couple days or within the week,” according to the source.
“They both don't want Trump to win in any way or fashion at all, and this has lit an extreme fire under Jimmy's ass to continue to tell it like it is and be real to himself,” the source explained.
It didn’t stop there. The individual told the Daily Mail, “This is clearly the government overreaching. There’s no such thing as free speech in America if the government can lean on companies to stop any content they don’t like.”
Kimmel’s predicament stems from his brain-dead decision to falsely claim that Tyler Robinson, the individual suspected of assassinating Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk, is a MAGA conservative. “We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them,” he said during his last episode.

So far, all of the evidence that has been publicized confirms that Robinson was on the left. His friends and family members told the authorities and several media outlets that over the years, he became more political and gravitated toward the left — especially when it comes to matters related to the LGBTQ community. Robinson also made disparaging statements against Kirk and lived with his trans-identified lover. Those claiming otherwise have not put forth a shred of evidence showing Robinson is a conservative.
FCC Chairman Brendan Carr waded into the fiasco amid speculation that the Trump administration had something to do with Kimmel’s firing. He vowed to take action against Kimmel, ABC, and Disney, suggesting that the network’s broadcast license could be in jeopardy.
During a recent appearance on Fox News, Carr noted that “Fox News doesn’t have an FCC license. CNN doesn't. But ABC, CBS, NBC, those broadcast stations do. With that license comes a unique obligation to operate in the public interest.”
Carr noted that the FCC “walked away from enforcing that publlc interest obligation” and that, “I don’t think we’re better off as a country for it.”

I’m not a fan of the government involving itself in these matters. But I can’t deny that Kimmel’s firing is well-deserved. If comedians want to go on television and bash a president, that’s one thing. However, deliberately trying to deceive the nation into believing Robinson is a conservative to push the Democrats’ agenda is sickening.
This is not a free speech issue. ABC can choose who they want to associate or disassociate with. In this case, the company’s leadership decided it was time to stop associating with Kimmel.
