The Super Bowl's Tragedy

The Super Bowl is a great American event. Unfortunately, however, it has a dark side: Sex trafficking of women. Rep. Ted Poe (R-TX) explains:

When it comes to sex trafficking, the facts are sobering -- yes, here in the US, where at least 100,00 children are being exploited through prostitution or pornography each year. This doesn't count the women, young and old, who likewise are victims.

This is the kind of issue that should unite Americans of all political stripes. If feminists could raise awareness of specious claims of domestic abuse related to the Super Bowl, surely they can spare some time and energy to involve themselves in the plight of these poor, abused souls.
