WATCH: Andrew Yang Releases Awkwardly Hilarious Ad With Dave Chappelle Ahead of Iowa Caucuses

2020 Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang partnered with comedian Dave Chappelle to encourage voters to support his candidacy. The video is funny yet awkward, but that's probably a way of summing up Yang altogether.

The main reason Yang encourages people to support him: his universal basic income plan. He wants to give everyone 18 and over $1,000 a month – or $12,000 a year – simply because he can. And hey, who better to support giving "free" money away than a celebrity comedian?
