Will Gov. Spanberger Ignore Detainers for These Violent Criminal Illegals? ICE Is Warning Her Not To.

Woke Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger ran for office as a moderate, but she's not. She's a radical who has turned her state into a tax hell and a sanctuary for illegals just weeks after taking office.

Several illegals have been arrested in recent weeks for committing violent crimes. This includes Abdul Jalloh, who stabbed 41-year-old mom Stephanie Minter at a Fairfax County bus stop, and Marvin Fernando Morales-Ortez, who murdered someone a day after Fairfax County Commonwealth Attorney Steve Descano set him loose.

Yesterday, we told you about Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy, another illegal charged with second-degree murder. Muy allegedly stabbed a man to death with a machete at Bailey's Crossroads in Fairfax. There was another horrific murder in Fairfax recently, too, when Misael Lopez Gomez murdered his three-month-old daughter.

Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid has a history of not honoring ICE detainers for these violent illegal aliens. ICE is asking Spanberger and Kincaid to not free these monsters back into the community.

Chavarria Muy was taken into custody on Monday in connection with a fatal stabbing that happened the day before.

A second detainer was issued the following day for Misael Lopez Gomez, 28, who allegedly murdered his three-month-old daughter last month.

Acting DHS Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis called on Gov. Abigail Spanberger, a Democrat, to not allow the murder suspects to be released back into the community.

'We need cooperation from sanctuary politicians to stop criminals from being released from jail to perpetrate more crimes and create more innocent victims,' Bis said.

Spanberger, who is her state's first female governor, has been in office since January.

Chavarria Muy is in the US illegally, according to the DHS. The agency said it was unknown when and where he entered the country.

'Open-border policies yet again have caused another preventable tragedy,' Bis said.

He was being held without bond in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, according to WUSA9.

Meanwhile, Lopez Gomez told authorities that he illegally crossed the southern border near Albuquerque, New Mexico, in July 2023.

ICE has requested detainers on both of them. In February, ICE issued a detainer on Abdul Jalloh. As we know, Virginia ignored that, and Jalloh killed an innocent woman. Jalloh had a final order of removal issued by a judge. That detainer was lodged in 2020.

That's the blunt truth of it.

She's more like Alma Coin, but yes.

These are absolutely Hunger Games vibes.

The priorities are so out of whack.

As Chris Murphy said, Democrats care most about illegal immigrants. In Virginia, especially Fairfax County, it shows. And the results are deadly.
