Democrats Go Blue in Profane Anti-Trump Illinois Senate Campaign Ad

Democrats love to tell us that President Trump is unfit for office, that he's vulgar, mean, and a national embarrassment. They also accuse him of being Hitler, a fascist, and an authoritarian threat to democracy and freedom. All of that is projection, and Democrats have been afflicted with a terminal case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

This is the first time, however, that Democrats have made an R-rated campaign ad targeting Trump, and it comes with the endorsement of some high-ranking Democrats.

Illinois Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton is running for the Senate, and her first TV ad features multiple people, including Senator Tammy Duckworth, saying "F**k Trump" over and over again.

The ad is below, and we'll warn you it's not safe for work or small ears, and we recommend using headphones if you're going to listen to it.

"They said it, not me," says Stratton. "And I am proud to have lived my whole life on the south side of Chicago. I'm not scared of a wannabe dictator. I'm running for Senate to stand up to Donald Trump."

"I'll abolish ICE and hold Trump accountable for the crime's he's committed," Stratton added, before another string of expletives begins.

Governor J.B. Pritzker also made an appearance at the end of the video, where the caption says both he and Duckworth have endorsed her.

"Vote Juliana," Pritzker says.

Nowhere in that video has Stratton laid out a vision for how she will make life better for Chicagoans or Americans, because she has no intention of doing so. Meanwhile, Illinois Democrats have driven the Chicago Bears to move to Indiana, crime in Chicago is out of control, and $267 million budget deficit for fiscal year 2026.

Yes, they have. They think this is the way to win over voters in a state where 43 percent of people voted for Trump in 2024.

But what this really is is the last gasp of a campaign that won't make it past the primaries. In November, polls showed Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi leading over Stratton by 16 points.

And the most recent polling compiled by The New York Times shows Krishnamoorthi leading Stratton by anywhere from 11 to 28 points.

In short, Stratton doesn't have a snowball's chance in July of winning her primary race, so her campaign released this vulgar, inappropriate ad as a way to say what most Democrats really feel about both President Trump and his voters. As I have said elsewhere, Democrats are not the shoo-in they believe they are in November. The midterms will hinge more on the economy and kept campaign promises — neither of which the Democrats are talking about now — instead of a return to the insanely woke, progressive social policies of the Democrats.

And while the fringe insane Leftists will lap Stratton's ad up, moderate Dems, Republicans, and Independents will be turned off by the Democrats' continued descent into anti-Trump madness.
