You'd be hard pressed to find a more feckless and hypocritical organization than the United Nations. For years, the U.N. has seated some of the worst human rights abusers on the Human Rights Council, including China — a nation that puts Uyghur Muslims in literal concentration camps — and Sudan, where women and girls are made second-class citizens thanks to Sharia Law.
So it's a bitter irony for the U.N. to try and promote women as part of a peacebuilding effort, but that's exactly what it's doing.
With active conflicts at its highest level since 1946, the role of women in peacebuilding is more important than ever.

The Women, Peace and Security agenda builds on a simple truth backed by evidence: Women’s contributions are essential to bring lasting peace for all of society. When women lead, peace follows.
Today, UN Women, together with women on the ground, continues to uplift women’s leadership at breakthrough moments for peace around the world.
In this moment when active conflicts are at the highest levels since 1946, funding for women-led frontline organizations is being gutted and war is reversing gains for women’s equality. Most major conflicts are now being negotiated behind closed doors – in the absence of women.
As world leaders mark 25 years since resolution 1325, this is an unmissable opportunity to fully enact, invest and recommit to the Women, Peace and Security agenda. Over the next five years, real change is possible.
Time and again, the U.N. turns a blind eye to the plight of women and girls in Muslim countries like Afghanistan. There, women and girls are prohibited from being heard in public, attending school, holding a job, and even using mobile phones.
Afghan women are forbidden from reading, having a mobile phone, studying, working, speaking in public, singing...

WHAT IS THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY DOING? pic.twitter.com/twDExUnEQi
In the U.K., British girls are subjected to rape and harassment by "migrants" who are usually Muslim men from Africa and the Middle East. Since 2012, the number of reported sexual assaults in the U.K. has gone from 16,000/year to over 71,000 in 2024-2025. Halting immigration from Africa and the Middle East would drop those rates by 75 percent.

Even in America, people aren't safe from the creep of Islam. Dearborn residents are subjected to dawn Islamic calls to prayer and a Mayor who defends naming a street after a known terrorist.
A Muslim woman complained that American clothing choices aren't Islamic enough and demands better accomidations for her religious dress codes.
She complains that clothing stores in America are not Islamic-friendly enough.

In New York, mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani pals around with an anti-gay unindicted co-conspirator of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Mamdani is also running on a platform that would end NYPD domestic violence calls, a move some X users speculate has roots in defending Muslims.
I am trying to wrap my mind around how Mamdani thinks domestic violence is not a serious NYPD-level situation.

Maybe it's cultural...?
Apparently, the Quran allows men to strike women if they are disobedient. pic.twitter.com/9znq3h8JE8
The Left, which always views itself as the savior and voice of "oppressed" minorities is using toxic empathy and intersectionality to let Islam take root in Western nations. Undoubtedly, some Leftists know the threat this poses to free peoples and they hope such a cultural shift will bring an end to West. There's a reason Qatar is funding Western universities, media outlets and social media, and global terror, after all.
At the same time the Left, including the U.N., also seek to elevate women to positions of power and influence. They scream about President Trump ushering in The Handmaid's Tale while embracing a culture that actually forces women into robes and sexual subservience.
The West must decide. We either can have women be equal, active, and outspoken members of free societies or you can continue to tolerate Islam. But we cannot have both. Islam treats women like chattel and women do not have equal protection under Sharia law.
The U.N. needs to pick one.
