These Are the Radical Policies a Congressional Candidate in Washington State Is Promoting

Townhall recently reported about Joshua Collins, an uber-leftist running for Congress in the Evergreen State. But he is not the only far-left candidate hoping to secure a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives this election season.

Collins has publicly endorsed Jason Call, a candidate running in Washington’s 2nd Congressional District, a seat currently held by Rep. Rick Larsen (D).

Call’s positions include “Allowing those who are under supervision or incarcerated to vote in federal elections” and eliminating the Electoral College.

Call also wants a $20 an hour minimum wage and he advocates “legalization and safety standards, including unionization, for sex work.”

He also advocates for completely shifting to “100% renewable energy for transportation and electricity by 2030, and achieving total de-carbonization by no later than 2050.” He wants “a publicly-owned renewable energy system” and he wants to work toward “a global Green New Deal by assisting less developed countries reduce [sic] their carbon footprints.”

His website says that, “It is time to adopt a policy that puts people first and guarantees housing for all.”

And Call is definitely not a fan of capitalism. Take a look at some of the tweets he has posted on his Twitter account:
