Great: Over 347,000 Criminal Immigrants Roam Free in the U.S.

Great: Over 347,000 Criminal Immigrants Roam Free in the U.S.

There are more than 347,000 criminal immigrants at large in the U.S., according to a report given to Breitbart.

Here are the details of that report: (emphasis mine)

According to a March 2, 2015 “ICE Weekly Departures and Detention Report” obtained by Center for Immigration Studies expert Jessica Vaughan and shared with Breitbart News, there were 168,680 convicted criminal immigrants who had final orders of removal but who remained at large in the U.S.

Another 179,018 convicted criminal immigrants with deportation cases pending also remained at large.

While the vast majority were not in custody some were detained — namely 6,220 criminal immigrants facing final deportation orders and another 7,680 convicted criminal immigrants with immigration cases pending.

The Breitbart article highlights that in 2013, the Obama administration released 36,007 criminal immigrants who had 88,000 convictions, including homicide, kidnapping and sexual assault. The following year, the administration released 30,558 criminal immigrants who had 79,059 convictions, also including homicide, kidnapping and sexual assault.

The Obama administration claimed that these immigrants aren't being deported due to prosecutorial discretion. But prosecutorial discretion refers to prioritizing cases to devote resources. Wouldn't immigrants committing heinous acts like homicide, kidnapping and sexual assault be a high priority to be deported?

Then there's the excuse that the administration can't deport these immigrants due to the Zadvydas v. Davis case, where the Supreme Court ruled that immigrants can't be indefinitely detained while facing deportation. But as Breitbart points out, the administration's immigrant releases due to Zadvydas only consisted of 8% of the releases.

The report is especially disturbing given the recent report of Kate Steinle's murder at the hands of an illegal alien who was deported several times and yet kept coming back due to an open border and San Francisco's sanctuary city policy

But as Jim Geraghty pointed out in Wednesday's Morning Jolt, incidents such as Steinle's murder at the hands of an illegal alien are not unique to San Francisco. There have also been victims of violent crime at the hands of illegals in TexasArizonaOklahoma and Washington state. And in each instance, the criminal alien involved had been deported numerous times and kept coming back due to lax immigration enforcement.

If all of that wasn't enough, the good people at FAIR have an archive of crimes committed by illegals from 2004-2014.

It's clear then that these immigrants that commit crimes aren't going to be deported, and the Obama administration won't even talk about it. Why is that?

As Rush Limbaugh so eloquently stated on Tuesday's show, it's because Obama and his ilk want to change the makeup of the country:

Barack Obama's flooding the zone. He's changing the composition of this country, what he believes is a grossly unfair country populated by bitter clingers, too many Christians, policed by racist cops. So we're flooding the zone. We are going to change the makeup of this country. We are going to change the composition. We are going to transform this country because it has been grossly unfair, bigoted, racist and discriminatory. Populated by these bitter clingers, white majority, racist, sexist, bigot homophobes, and we're going to change that. And that's why the borders are wide open.

It's not just a voter registration program for the Democrat Party. Although it is. But it's worse than even that for Obama. It is about changing the face and the composition of the country. The Democrats get themselves a voter registration plan with Obamacare, and a president who pledged not to enforce immigration law. This is about amassing the Democrats as well as it is changing the face of the country. Anybody not getting this? I mean, this is bare knuckle, lawless politics here. It is a power grab. And if smiles and denials convince you otherwise then you're to blame as much as the regime because you elect this, you own this. You elect Obama and elect these Democrats, then you own what they do.

Rush is correct. Chris Matthews admitted that Democrats want illegals to become Democrat voters. As Mark Levin documented in his bestseller Liberty and Tyranny, the left's goal has been to change the composition of the country, all beginning with the Hart-Celler act, a bill that Ted Kennedy heavily promoted, that ended immigration quotas and started chain migration, where immigrants were let into the U.S. based on family ties instead of work skills. It's been a downhill spiral ever since.

Nothing will stop Obama and the left from their agenda, even if it means putting the public at risk.
