Rahmeh Aladwan is a doctor in the U.K. She's also a Muslim, and it seems those two things are a contradiction, especially when you realize she has "free speech" in her X bio. Why? Because Aladwan is praising Saudi Arabia for sentencing a 24-year-old Sri Lankan migrant to death for criticizing Islam.
In a post on X, Aladwan wrote, "We do not accept insults to any of our beloved prophets from Adam to Noah, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad peace be upon them all. Well done Saudi Arabia."

Well done Saudi Arabia.
Why is she not on the next plane to Riyadh?
Conservative MP Nick Timothy is now calling for Aladwan to be struck off by the General Medical Council.
Rahmeh Aladwan is a doctor in Britain.

She wants people who blaspheme against Islam to be killed.
People with beliefs like this do not belong in our country.
I’ve written to the General Medical Council calling for her to be struck off. pic.twitter.com/B50NatiyHZ
The letter reads (emphasis added):
I am writing to ask that you investigate Dr. Rahmeh Aladwan, following her support for the execution of a man who criticised Islam.
On 6 October, Globe Eye News posted on X that "A 24-year-old Sri Lankan migrant worker has been sentenced to death in Saudi Arabia for insulting Prophet Muhammad." In response, Dr. Aladwan posted, "We do not accept insults to any of our beloved prophets from Adam to Noah, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad peace be upon them all. Well done Saudi Arabia."
The morality of Dr. Aladwan's position aside, her statement is a clear violation of the GMC rules governing the conduct of medical professionals. The GMC says doctors must "show respect for human life" and "doctors must make sure their conduct justifies patients' trust in them and the public's trust in the profession."
GMC guidance also says that "Violent or abusive behaviour by a doctor may have the effect of undermining public confidence in the profession and professional standards, especially if the act results in a criminal conviction. The public having confidence in the profession is more important than the interests of the individual doctor."
Dr. Aladwan's actions display no respect for human life and have clearly damaged public trust in the medical profession. I understand that she was suspended by the GMC for a period of 15 months in November 2025, following previous statements aimed at Jewish people.
Dr. Aladwan has proven herself to be unfit to practise medicine in this country and should be permanently struck off the medical register. I ask you to investigate, take urgent action, and stop Dr. Aladwan practising in Britain for good.
She was suspended for 15 months for a slew of antisemitic posts and after a tribunal found her behavior fell "well below the professional standard of a registered doctor." According to The Jerusalem Post, the legal counsel for the GMC, Emma Gilsenan, said Aladwan's social media posts showed she "justifies terrorism, denies sexual violence, includes antisemitic conspiracy theories, misuses Holocaust and Nazi imagery, and expresses support for proscribed groups and terrorists." The tribunal also found that Aladwan had a "high risk of reoffending."
After the suspension, Aladwan blamed the "Israeli and Jewish lobby" for "deciding who can and cannot practice medicine in Britain."
Doctors have tremendous power. Allowing an Islamist who thinks people should be executed for "insulting the Prophet Muhammad" to have the literal control over life and death for non-Muslim and Jewish British citizens is playing with fire.

"The irony is that Dr Aladwan describes herself as a supporter of free speech in her X bio, while backing the execution of a young man for criticising Islam. Blasphemy laws are incompatible with a society that truly values free speech. Parliament voted to abolish them in this country 18 years ago," the Free Speech Union wrote.
What Aladwan means, like all Islamists do, is that free speech applies only to her, without consequences. Free speech does not apply to young men who criticize her backward religion. Even if that means peddling vile conspiracy theories, antisemitic tropes, or pro-terrorist positions.
The good news is the GMC has Aladwan on its radar, and have ruled against her in the past. The bad news is this is the U.K., where the pantywaists in government fear being called "racist" and "Islamophobic" more than they want to protect British citizens from terrorist-loving doctors. Aladwan should not only be struck off permanently, she should be put on the next plane to any Islamic country of her choosing, where Western laws won't interfere with her Muslim sensibilities.
