I love watching the Left's infighting. No matter how woke you are, you are never woke enough, and the Left helps create the very monsters that end up consuming everything in their path. Back in December, I wrote about eight members of Palestine Action, and the drama surrounding one of them — Amu Gib — who was taken to the hospital because of a hunger strike. Gib's real name is Amy Gardiner-Gibson, a gender non-binary weirdo who is culturally appropriating Arabic-sounding names. Antifascist writer Owen Jones failed to respect Gardiner-Gibson's "they/them" pronouns and was destroyed by the leftists he helped create.
In Illinois, the Kiss and Tale bookshop, run by uber-progressive women, has been accused of racism for not helping black customers and being "unfriendly" towards them.
There's a little romance bookshop near a women's college in Decatur, called the Kiss and Tale bookshop. It's been open for a year. Caters to an extremely progressive group of customers.

Is there any proof of this? Outside of social media accusations, I mean. Because in an age where cameras are ubiquitous, it seems odd that there isn't a single video that I can find. I did a search and even had Grok and ChatGPT search, too, and turned up nothing.
That doesn't mean it's not possible. I've spent enough time reading and writing about leftists to know they are absolutely racist (far more than any of the conservatives they accuse of racism), but it seems like a video of this bookstore being "lowkey problematic" would have gone viral. And look, I'm not one to defend an extremely progressive bookstore. They get what they deserve. But I'd like the Left to take one moment — just one moment — to engage in brief introspection as to why stuff like this happens to them, no matter how woke they are.

"Just a reminder because we are seeing some things on Threads — our only store is in New Jersey!" the post reads. "We have no affiliation with any other stores with a similar name in other locations. We opened our only store in Collingswood two years ago. We pride ourselves in making sure every reader feels seen in our store and on our shelves. I opened my store so all romance readers had a safe and welcoming place to find their next read."
Kiss and Tale was also banned from the Decatur Book Festival, which issued a statement, too.

"We are aware of concerns raised by attendees regarding their treatment at one of our street fair exhibitor booths," the statement reads. "After reviewing the matter, we will not invite Kiss and Tale Bookshop to participate in future festivals. The Decatur Book Festival is for readers and writers of every background. We expect every exhibitor to make each attendee feel welcome and respected." But the festival would not clarify or elaborate on the claims, "out of respect for the attendees who raised them."
How Soviet of them.
And I'm going to call B.S. on the inclusivity of this festival. If I showed up with a conservative book, I would be run out of town on a rail.
Anyway, when you run a business on the principles of "inclusivity" and "community," you need to realize the leftist lunatics you rub elbows with will eventually come to destroy you, too, no matter how hard you virtue signal.
