Todd Russ serves as the 20th State Treasurer of Oklahoma. A former banker and state legislator, Treasurer Russ brings more than 35 years of financial and public policy experience to his role overseeing the state’s investment portfolio, including management of more than $17 billion in public assets. As Treasurer, he is committed to fiscal responsibility, government transparency, and protecting public funds from politicized financial practices. He currently leads Oklahoma’s efforts to hold corporations and financial institutions accountable to their fiduciary duties through shareholder engagement and market-driven governance.
