Lies and the Jews—they both have four letters.
One of the misrepresentations of the left and the moron right is that it is verboten to criticize Israel. All criticism of Israel is wrongly construed as antisemitism, and thus, one is muzzled from saying a word about the Jewish state. Nothing could be further from the truth. Israelis spend all day complaining about every aspect of their country: the leadership stinks, the politicians are crooked, the IDF isn’t fighting its wars right, life here is wildly expensive, and flights for the past few years of war have cost a fortune.
Obviously, nobody is prevented from criticizing Israel, Jews, Zionism, or AIPAC. The problem, as noted by others, is that whatever claims are made seem only to be directed towards the Jews. Israel is committing genocide! Such a claim was put forth before the IDF even began to respond to the October 7th massacre. Tucker Carlson tried to sound extra-serious as he intoned that in the future, “holocaust museums” will have to add a new wing for “Gaza”. There was no genocide in Gaza, by any metric. Did civilians die? Yes. Did children and women die? Yes. But when General Curtis LeMay burned down a quarter of Tokyo and his British counterpart, Sir Arthur “Bomber” Harris, flattened Hamburg, nobody suggested the tens of thousands of civilians killed were part of some “holocaust”. It was war, and victory in war involves destroying your enemy’s ability to fight you. You can blow up his ball-bearing factories or kill enough of his people that he no longer wants to fight. Only when the Jews kill civilians as part of a campaign to destroy terrorists is there a genocide. Apparently, 70 percent of those killed by the IDF in Gaza were combatants. That would be like a modern baseball player batting .400 from April through the World Series. I still don’t agree with Israel's warning prior to the attack. But the lawyers in the Israeli army are so petrified of Israel-only sanctions or claims of murdering civilians that they send SMS and phone messages to get people out. And that’s genocide?
I don’t remember Carlson, between his subway rides and smelling Russian bread, suggesting that Vladimir Putin was committing genocide when he periodically sent exploding drones into apartment buildings in Kyiv. But wait, isn’t that the standard that Carlson is using: if any number of civilians are killed in a war, then the intent must be genocidal? Oh no, I am so confused. That is the Jewish standard. It only applies to Israel and the Jews. The Jews don’t have the right to fight back, and if they do, once a handful of civilians are killed for truckloads of terrorists, then a genocide has been committed, and new museum space must be found to commemorate the same. And this is pure antisemitism. It has nothing to do with criticizing Israel or finding fault with Zionism. It has everything to do with hating Jews and trying to express the same in a sterile manner that lets our modern Nazis go to sleep at night. “Me hate Jews? Are you kidding? I had a couple on my podcast last month. No, my only beef is with Israel and that war-criminal Netanyahu.” Yet these clowns are strangely quiet on China’s treatment of its Muslim population. And they never have much to say about Iran hanging gays or killing tens of thousands of its own citizens. That, my friends, is antisemitism. When Israel and/or Jews are held to a unique standard not applied to any other country or people, then the driver is Jew hate, pure and simple.
And the Jew hatred is at all levels of American society. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) had to follow up Nick Kristof’s lies about Israel with claims that the Democrats, in supporting a democratic ally, were aiding and abetting...genocide! He accused AIPAC of being an evil organization, though it is made up of Americans and spends far less than other country PACs on its various lobbying efforts. The basic assumption of Jew haters is that Jews don’t have the right to protect themselves and of the 200 countries in the world, only Israel is somehow illegitimate. The modern state of Israel—forget for the moment the Biblical aspects—was forged from purchased land and war. Already during the Ottoman period, Jews bought and developed large tracts of land—something that drew “Palestinian” Arabs from surrounding areas, as workers were needed. Purchases continued under the British, and in the War of Independence, the Jews won. But whereas Germans and Japanese admitted their defeat and worked with the victors to map out their future, Arabs never made such an admission regarding the new state of Israel. As far as they were concerned, it was only the end of the first quarter, with more wars to come. Jew haters like the senator buy into the Arab argument that Israel is illegitimate. They’ll never say it, but they’ll push the two-state rubbish, something that would guarantee the destruction of Israel in an acceptable manner. “How were we to know that those borders were indefensible?” When Abba Eben warned the same 60 years ago, as he called them “The Auschwitz Borders”. How could we know that the Palestinians really did not mean what was written in the agreement they signed? Arafat already showed with the Oslo Accords that signatures are meant to put your enemy to sleep and not require anything from their side.

If, when a Jew-hater lied, his nose would grow or his comfy podcast chair would heat up to a thousand degrees, our lives would be much easier. But such is not the case. Thus, both Democrats and loser Republicans can invent any claim against Israel, Zionists, Jews and feel super self-righteous about themselves. Look at the clowns from the most recent intercepted ship of fools. They said that they had no aid with them and only sailed in order to confront the Israeli navy. When they reached Europe, they feigned injuries, though they were shown prior to their stay in wheelchairs and on hospital beds to be walking, smiling and laughing. Everything they said and did was a lie, but since it’s against the Jews, it’s a noble lie and thus okay. The UN added Israeli organizations to the list that includes Hamas for sexual violence in war zones. Kristof won! The Jews are no better than the Hamas terrorists—just as Kristof wanted.
On the one hand, today’s crop of “I’m not a Jew hater but…” crowd will vanish and join Hitler and other Jew haters from past generations. They are giddy because they think they are winning. Look at Thomas Massie before his voters retired his jersey while he was still wearing it. They don’t realize that God is like a pro fisherman—he gives a lot of line so that they tire themselves out with their slanders and invented “facts”. And then, when the time is right, there is a strong pull on the rod and they are finished. How are Massie and his other Israel-loathers, Marjorie Taylor Greene, enjoying their Costa Rica retirement vacation? Their services are no longer wanted by Republicans who don’t see Israel as the worst thing ever.
Jews and lies go together like a bagel and cream cheese. When a person doesn’t have a legitimate argument against Jews, he has to invent his claims out of thin air. Israel is by no means a perfect country, and there is always room for improvement. But those criticizing and making baseless claims are Jew haters, period. Tucker said that the US gets nothing from Israel. Donald Trump said that Israel is a great ally. I’m with the president on that one.
