Democrat Custodial Services – CBS NEWS
“You people were just attacked – are you ready to shut up now?”
There is no shortage of desperate revisionism to be seen in the press following the Charlie Kirk assassination. What has been remarkable to see is how many in the press are revealing their intent by extending the effort; Charlie has been silenced, so now it is time for conservatives to pipe down and stop with the rhetoric.
Among the most barzen (or possibly oblivious) was Nate Burleson on “CBS Mornings.” He was seated with former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and wanted to discuss the possibility of toning down the public discourse that might inspire violence. Except that he was specifically calling out one side:
“Is this a moment for your party to reflect on political violence?”
Unreal, less than a day after the assassination, this dolt wants to victim shame. Maybe the former NFL player is suffering from some CTE issues?

In the wake of Charlie Kirk being assassinated, CBS Mornings host Nate Burleson tells former Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy that it's REPUBLICANS that really need to watch their rhetoric:

Reporting on the Mirror – MSNBC
Maybe uttering stupid comments will lead to suffering stupid career consequences.
MSNBC was a source of many stunted hot takes during the news coming out of the Kirk assassination. Before Charlie’s fate was known, Katy Tur was spewing mindless speculation. (She actually suggested a Kirk fan recklessly shot a gun in celebration.) Later, she brought on Matthew Dowd, and he managed to spit out the senseless claim that possibly the shooting was the result of Charlie Kirk’s intolerant comments.
The despicable ghouls at MSNBC immediately attack Charlie Kirk in wake of shooting — Matthew Dowd blames Kirk's pushing “hate speech” as reason he was shot:

What Dowd and the other pundits spewing this stinted reasoning fail to grasp is what it is they are admitting: If the right keeps saying stuff, the left will keep being violent!
Surprisingly, the network came out and disavowed Dowd’s idiocy. Then, later came the surprising announcement: They actually displayed a set of standards and announced that Matty-D would no longer be permitted on their airwaves.

First Amendment Strike Force – ABC NEWS
You know, if he had not arrived to talk, this might not have happened.
The network news outlet had the rather idiotic perspective that Charlie Kirk's arriving on the campus on Wednesday was the cause of strife and led to violence, and ultimately his death.
ABC News essentially proclaims that Charlie Kirk had it coming:

Yeah, that’s the last thing you would want to see on a college campus — someone discussing their viewpoints.
Of course, these are the same media minds who were quite fine with college demonstrations supporting Hamas, and calling to banish Jews…or worse.
Anti-Social Media – BLUESKY
Yep, good thing you all got away from the intolerance seen elsewhere.
Just a refresher that the leftist hive of villainy known as Bluesky is mostly populated with hyper-liberals and media figures who regard Xitter as an intolerant platform that is little more than a cesspool filled with hate. They have managed to go on to create an insulated bubble that is so filled with intolerance of anything less than left-wing thinking that it should be considered an incubator.
As a display of how bad that realm has become, the management of Bluesky felt the need to step in and reportedly has attempted to modulate the hateful responses to Kirk’s assassination displayed on its boards.

When words are “violence,” actual violence can become reclassified.
Charlie Kirk was brutally murdered in front of thousands, but at Slate, they are focused on what is the real trauma – people are saying stuff!
