BlueAnon – CNN

  • Something about watching ants as elephants lumber by springs to mind.

For someone who is considered to be a conspiracy-extremism expert, we cannot fathom why Donie O’Sullivan would revert to reaching back to a PROVEN conspiracy in order to make a hit on those on the right.

Okay, we need to amend that. We know why, as the evidence shows he is clearly a partisan hack, but how does he retain this expertise label while clearly avoiding blatant examples of extremism on the left?! If we really endeavored to analyze this deeper, it is almost as if he is admitting the story of a lab leak might be accurate, but those who were accurately citing it during the pandemic were still racist for doing so, or something? The best is these learned journalists do not see they are trending far closer to racism by insisting a novel virus crossed to humans from the Chinese citizens who were eating animals not normally considered food.

Of course, O'Sullivan would rather reach back and obsess over years-old Covid hysteria rather than explore the recent attacks on ICE headquarters buildings, looking into the Boulder firebomber, or any other leftist violence THIS year.

Prose & Contradiction – Comedy Central

  • And that is how this insistent narrative came grinding to a halt.

The wailing over Stephen Colbert’s announced cancelation (not taking effect for at least 10 months from now) continues. Monday saw a collection of talk hosts lending their support to the deposed host, and over on Comedy Central, Colbert's longtime ally Jon Stewart put on a show of catharsis. He gave a rap rendition, vulgarly insulted the president, and carried on as if his mom pulled the plug on his gaming system while in the middle of a final battle.

What he failed to grasp is that in the midst of his therapy session performance, he made mention of the fact that his network is owned by Colbert's CBS. And just like that, all the claims of Trump instigating this "firing" were blasted into confetti as Stewart has never suffered reprisals for his attacks on Trump, all while sharing the same parent company.

Hoax & Change -- VARIOUS OUTLETS

  • Maybe the inability to stick with a story was the first clue, journalists?

We have, yet again, an immigration-ICE-detention report that is suffering from Complete Facts Syndrome. One of the prevailing causes of the media malady is the insistence of news outlets to believe what family members report at a clip of 100%. Then later, the facts roll in and the report is completely compromised.

For the latest, we were served the tragic tale of an 82-year-old Chilean man who died while in custody of ICE. Then the story became he had been deported, and later died in a Chilean hospital. Then, when nobody had any documentation of this particular man, anywhere, the family fell off the social media grid. But hey, it sure was a gripping tale for the time it was being believed, right?!

Legalized Press-titution -- Paramount Global

  • Could it be that offensiveness was not the issue, as we said?

In a rebuke of all those in the press denying that "The Late Show" losing money was the factor in the cancelation, a program far more offensive in nature, and doing so for far longer than Colbert, has been rewarded. By the very same entertainment entity.

The makers of “South Park” just resigned a new agreement. The equal opportunity offenders have re-upped for a staggering $1.5 billion. The company paying that sum is Paramount Global — owners of Colbert's CBS network.

Gilded Reframe — NBC NEWS

  • That would be YOUR history that you are referring to, understand.

We now have another network attempting to downplay and dismiss the massive document dumps from DNI Tulsi Gabbard concerning the Crossfire Hurricane operation and Russian collusion in the closing days of the Obama administration. What has been amusing is seeing the reactions of the press that for years subsisted on hearsay and fed information to build up the Russian conspiracy, today downplaying the emergence of documents and tangible facts.

So, NBC News comes out with this attempt to frame it as the administration attempting to rewrite history. Allow us to help you here, gang. Releasing substantive facts is "Correcting the history you had fabricated." Hope that clears it up for you.

Demo-lition Project — NETFLIX

  • So when she is not force-fed onto the public in the news, nobody cares about her.

Most people of discerning — or even middling — taste, have tired of Prince Hank and his wife being delivered onto our consciousness on a regular basis, and Meghan Markle has embodied the term "insufferable." In March, the non-royal "Duchess" (we don't understand either) debuted a new show on Netflix, "With Love, Meghan," some type of home-style/cooking program, we think. We are not sure, our apathy precluded any type of viewing.

As a sign of Ms. Markle being a charisma blocker, recent rankings on the streamer came out and it is reported that she failed to crack Netflix's Top 300 shows. In fact, cracking the top 400 was a challenge, as "With Love" came in at #383, ranking around shows that have been out for years.
