In far less than a year, much has changed in the U.S. and beyond. And all it required was a new president who put the United States and its people front and center for all of his policies.
When politicians like Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell agree on 90 percent of issues brought before the Congress, the likelihood of real political change seems low. President Trump returned to the Oval Office less than six months ago. He brought with him his knowledge from his first term but no less importantly his experiences during the four years out of office, when every effort was made to prevent him from either running or winning. As people have recently begun to say: all it took was a new president. Let’s look at some achievements.
*Prices for eggs, gas, and other necessities are down.
*Inflation is down.
*The armed services have met their recruiting goals months before their deadlines.

*Border encounters for May were zero. Ejections of illegal aliens are increasing.
*The Iranians, after forty-six years of hating on the US, got some American military technology delivered for free.
*People are allowed to speak their mind and not fear an FBI visit.
*There is a rebalancing of world tariffs for the benefit of the U.S.
While President Trump has used his pen to put forth numerous executive orders, very few new laws have been added since his inauguration. The U.S. had everything it needed to protect the border other than the will to do so. Many argue that the Democrats wanted future voters, while Republicans wanted cheap nannies and low-paid workers. Nobody wanted to close the border. Nobody wanted to go into self-proclaimed sanctuary cities and arrest illegal aliens. Until there was a new president. He went into LA and brought the troops when things got hot. There is an expression in the Talmud, “Nothing stands in the way of one’s will.”
Many mistakenly believe that Iran is solely Israel’s problem. Maybe they are too young to remember the Khomeini youth storming the U.S. embassy and holding Americans for 444 days. Maybe they have forgotten the deaths of U.S. servicemen in an unsuccessful attempt to bring home these hostages. They should go watch the movie, Argo, to get an idea of the terror of those days. Maybe some ignore Iran’s many terror outlets like Hezbollah. They murdered 241 servicemen in Beirut in 1983. Iran killed over 600 American soldiers by providing IEDs to forces fighting against the U.S. in Iraq. Beyond their murder of Americans, the regime was evil by every standard that Americans hold as acceptable. Khomeini ordered that girls arrested and judged to die not die as virgins, so as not to go to heaven. Women, gays, religious minorities all have suffered under the mullahs and should have been the focus of Western protests. Instead, the same lefty slime that one day protests for Hamas and the next day for Hezbollah, has finally found some Islamic Republic flags and actively protests in favor of the Iranian dictatorship in Western cities! While real Iranians outside of the country generally hate the mullahs and their brutal “modesty police,” Western half-wits demand that Israel stop bombing Iran. Amazing what a paycheck and a quick change of flags can do. They’ll support anyone if it reflects their Jew/Israel hatred.
The economy is doing much better under President Trump than under the group that propped up his predecessor. However much Jerome Powell wishes to kneecap the president’s success by not lowering interest rates, things are still looking better. Food and gas are cheaper and there is greater confidence in the American economy.
One can express himself on X and still have his account open the next morning. President Obama, trying to avoid boredom and his wife, said that people can have their own opinions but NOT their own facts. He is once again pining for a Ministry of Truth that will not only determine which facts are the “real” facts but enforce quiet on those who dare question the official, true, no doubt about it facts. The folks over at Pfizer would say the fact is that their vaccine saved lives and has been a great success. The VAERS website and many recent papers would suggest that the vaccines caused much health damage and are of questionable value for actually preventing a Covid infection (how many people with six boosters got Covid again?). When a system is bankrupt of ideas, it immediately tries to control the narrative. It cannot accept a questioning public as the questions cannot be answered. Fauci, the FBI, Facebook, Twitter and others did not want to hear about a dangerous virus coming out of a Three Stooges virus laboratory in the city where the pandemic started. Under the Obama plan, we would still be talking about pangolins and how the mRNA vaccines have over a 100 percent success rate.
One of the problems in modern democracies is forgetfulness. Right now, everyone remembers the overrun Biden border, the high inflation, the U.S. being trampled on the world stage. Let’s imagine President Trump preparing to leave office in 2028. The economy is humming. The U.S. has a much fairer trade balance than in the past. The Abraham Accords which he birthed now include Syria, Saudi Arabia and Iran. At home and abroad, happy days are here again. The logical thing to do would be to elect whoever his successor is, whether it be JD Vance or another MAGA-ish Republican. But what unfortunately happens is that when things are actually good, people figure that we don’t need to be so vigilant. Look at New Yorkers who squandered the success and safety of the Giulani and Bloomberg years when they elected Bill de Blasio their mayor. The streets are less safe, the subways are covered in graffiti, the city looks dirty, and many wealthy residents have fled for Florida. The city cannot handle illegal aliens sent from Texas, and Gotham is chronically in the red. This is the outcome of complacency. Somehow Americans need to be reminded how bad things were before Donald Trump’s return in order that they don’t play footsie with Gavin Newsom or Gretchen Whitmer.
All it took was a new president, one who loves America and the American people. Donald Trump believes that anything is possible and pushes the country forward with that belief. People said that tariffs could not be rebalanced or that Iran could never be attacked. They said that the border could not be secured or that inflation would always tick upwards. The experts tend to be wrong about everything. All it took was a new president who wants Americans to succeed and be proud of their country. And the Democrats and the chattering class hate Donald Trump for delivering. Look at how many are carping about preventing the lunatic mullahs from getting a nuclear bomb. They’re the same ones who will protest Israel even if by doing so they support murderers, rapists and kidnappers. The anti-Trump left has truly lost its mind.
