Reporting on the Mirror – CNN
The parallels are pretty evident.
It is tough to not see the common thread when the Iranian news network that was recently taken offline by Israeli missiles is visited by an American propaganda outlet like CNN. After rockets struck IRIB headquarters while they were live on the air, CNN’s correspondent in Tehran visited the gutted and torched remnants of the network’s campus.
There is something to be said when a network that has literally been bombed off the air is investigated by a network in the process of self-immolation.

Low-Octane Gaslighting – THE NEW YORK TIMES

Could you explain the defying of nuclear proliferation mandates, please?
If you were to walk into a friend’s home and see they have large empty IKEA boxes and the parts laid out on the floor in careful fashion with their tools at the ready, it would be safe to say they are ready to install some new furniture. But at The New York Times, we are told that even though Iran has all of the components at the ready, and has repeatedly refused to comply with restrictions on enriching weapons-grade uranium, they do not intend to build a nuclear weapon.
New: US Intel agencies assess that despite Israel's attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, Tehran has not made the decision to move to a nuclear bomb. That will likely change, officials say, if the U.S. attacks Fordo or Israel kills the supreme leader. More: https://t.co/ABOqyFEtkR

BlueAnon – CNN
Would it be too much to ask that some facts get injected into the proceedings?!
The press were all excited yesterday when the news came out that the Los Angeles Dodgers were openly defying ICE and preventing agents from coming onto stadium property to begin collecting illegals from among its staff and/or the fans. CNN’s Juliette Kayyem was among those raving about this bold move by the team.
The Dodgers are not obstructing federal law enforcement. ICE request isn't a law enforcement action. It is clear that ICE was only there to ask for papers; no reason to access parking lots but to profile spectators. Get a warrant, ICE, tied to an individual. Dodgers know the law. https://t.co/LMQNU4I7IQ
— Juliette Kayyem (@juliettekayyem) June 19, 2025
There was a problem, however. Okay — problems. As Bill Melugin informed us (by finding out the facts; can you believe that?!), these were not ICE agents but Border Patrol. They were not on site to round up illegals at the stadium. They had been staging there before heading out for another task.
Once all of these facts came in, as well as official notification coming from the Dept. of Homeland Security, Ms. Kayyem did the only rational thing as a form of reaction; she blamed DHS for not clarifying the details much sooner to avoid her from becoming embarrassed.
One of you is lying. But those cars aren't marked and Dodger Stadium isn't near a border so it screams ICE tactics, not CBP. Seems strange to wait so long for this "correction" or to let the Dodgers come out publicly with a false story that you could have clarified hours ago. https://t.co/zOddRqRWqa

Anti-Social Media – BLUESKY
They fled Xitter to get away from all of the intolerance – so you are not welcomed there!
It was a supreme dose of comedy seen when Vice President J.D. Vance opened an account on the alternate social media platform Bluesky. The place has become known as a roiling hive of leftist hysterics, where in-fighting, blocking, and insulated bubble thinking are all the rage. Things have become so bad there that the leftists are tiring of the fage atmosphere and the site’s traffic, after surging following the election, has been plunging for months.
Then, as if to confirm all that has been said of the site that is so intolerant it has been dubbed “Blue-Cry,” VP JD found his account was banned in less than a quarter of an hour.
Wow. They banned JD Vance from Blue sky in under 15 minutes

Low-Octane Gaslighting – THE BULWARK
Yet again, waiting for facts appears too much of an expectation.
It seems the most reliable facet of the press these days; whenever we see a weepy, accusatory story about an unethical deportation taking place, we can be sure there are details left out of the reporting.
For the latest, we have Tim Miller using an example to excoriate Christians, as he found a story of a Reverend in Florida whose wife and longtime resident was picked up by ICE agents. We are told she was legal and the family had done everything they needed to do in order to get her to the level of citizenship.
Evangelicals getting what they voted for. Indiscriminate deportation of christians who followed immigration laws but were guilty of being brown and not yet citizens. https://t.co/kWwMrplByE
— Tim Miller (@Timodc) June 19, 2025
And, of course, more details arrive to completely alter the story. This woman had received a deportation order over two decades ago, and somehow she and her husband never managed to get around to completing any needed documentation in order for her to remain here legally. But sure, “targeting brown people” is the narrative to cling to.
FACT CHECK. Maria Isidro, an illegal alien from Mexico, was issued a final order of removal from an immigration judge on Oct. 21, 2004, after she failed to show up for her court date. She has exhausted all due process and has no legal remedies left to pursue.

Glossary Over Things – WASHINGTON POST
You all seem to have omitted a key word in your ranting.
Continuing the opposition to enforcing our border laws is WaPo with this stunted explainer about how the country of Spain is thriving with its policy of embracing new arrivals to become citizens. It is amazing to see an outlet running right up against the key issue to the immigration story, but then missing the entire point in its desire to level accusations at the ruling party.
See, WaPo geniuses, LEGAL citizenship is encouraged here as people become contributing members of the society.
But it is clear the paper is intent on missing the point, as it declares we are currently enmeshed in “the ant-immigrant trend in the U.S.” Its refusal to employ the qualifier of “illegal” is all you need to see.
Defying the anti-immigrant trend in the U.S., Spain is reaping economic benefits by granting citizenship to tens of thousands of newly-arrived workers. https://t.co/1WMScK485l
