Donald Trump is already in the hall of fame for owning the legacy media. The president has long understood that these bouts with the media are best-of-seven series. The press didn’t get that, thinking landing one haymaker or publishing an embarrassing story would unravel this man. It did not. Not every series is a sweep, but Trump always wins. And he knows exactly how to drive these coddled, snobby, inept reporters up the wall, and he’s found the perfect issue to set them off.
When this was first mentioned around CPAC, it was intriguing. Now, it’s the latest torture device the president is inflicting on the establishment media, and it’s beyond enjoyable to watch. Even his press and communications team members love the reactions to Trump's third-term schtick.
The president is tossing out a possible constitutional remedy for him to run again. It won’t happen, but Trump is likely interested in seeing how crazy he can make the press corps. It’s very much a Roger Stone exercise in real time. If you’ve ever watched the Netflix documentary about the longtime political adviser, you’ll know his rule about the media. They’re either two things: lazy, evil, or both. And once you recognize that, you can do anything.

He's out to embarrass these people again because only the densest, most Trump-deranged, and left-wing loon believes this third-term business. The president is manufacturing his own fake news to see if anyone bites. He’s chumming the waters and waiting for the feeding frenzy because this entire DC bubble will have gone haywire over this prospect. And Trump is there with this gallon of kerosene, ready to keep the flames going. It’s remarkable that to this day, the media doesn’t know when they’re being played.
Would I support another term of Donald Trump if it were possible? Hell yes! I’d crawl over broken glass to vote for this man again.
