Friends, I don’t ask lightly.
But today, I’m going to ask you not just to vote against a candidate. I’m asking you to engage. I’m asking you to act. I’m asking you to make it your personal project — a civic priority — to keep Zohran Mamdani as far from public office as humanly possible.
We’re not talking about a garden-variety progressive here. We’re not even talking about a typical New York leftist with bad policy instincts. We’re talking about a man who has proudly aligned himself with positions, phrases, and organizations that are actively hostile to America’s values, safety, and future.
And I don’t mean that in the vague, abstract way politicians sometimes accuse each other of things. I mean in real terms — in Mamdani’s own stated goals and spoken words.
He’s openly advocated for the abolition of private property.
That’s not speculation. That’s his platform. Mamdani believes that things like grocery stores, apartment buildings, and small businesses shouldn’t be privately owned.
He believes — and has said — that the state should “recommit” real estate to public control. His exact phrase was “recommit.” What does that mean? It means the government would seize private property and turn it into collective property.
If you own a two-family house in Queens — under Mamdani’s vision, you wouldn’t. If you own a neighborhood grocery store, built up over 20 years of sweat and risk-taking — you’d wake up to find it confiscated.
You think I’m exaggerating? Go look it up. Mamdani has explicitly stated support for the “socialization” of housing and retail. Not just regulating it. Not just adding taxes. Confiscation. Public control.
It’s Marxism dressed up in Brooklyn hipster fashion.

And he isn’t shy about it. He’s made “Globalize the Intifada” his political slogan. That phrase, in plain English, calls for spreading violent uprising. It’s a specific reference to the Palestinian intifadas — violent campaigns that targeted civilians with bombs strapped to bodies, stones thrown at buses, and sniper attacks on homes.
Zohran Mamdani knows exactly what it means. James Carville, not exactly a conservative stalwart, warned publicly that Mamdani should keep that phrase “out of his mouth.”
Carville understands what Mamdani either doesn’t care about or actively believes: promoting Intifada means promoting chaos, bloodshed, and lawlessness.
And let’s be clear — it isn’t just abstract rhetoric. Mamdani represents an increasingly brazen political faction that’s comfortable saying things like this out loud, on record, to reporters. And if he’s this unfiltered now, imagine what he’ll do with actual power.
Consider also Mamdani’s track record of voting against basic law enforcement needs in New York City. In an era when antisemitic attacks, subway crime, and retail theft are surging, Mamdani has consistently taken the side of defunding, disarming, and dismantling police protections.
He’s marched alongside radicals calling for “Abolish ICE.” He’s supported efforts to shield criminal migrants from deportation. And he’s openly supported boycotting the nation of Israel — one of our strongest allies and the only democracy in the Middle East.
So let’s recap here:
- He wants to confiscate private property, including homes, businesses, and grocery stores.
- He wants to “recommit” real estate to public control.
- He uses phrases like “Globalize the Intifada” as political rallying cries.
- He undermines law enforcement and supports criminal-friendly policies.
That’s not politics as usual. That’s a flashing red warning light.
At some point, folks of common sense have to stop sitting back and hoping these types will just flame out on their own. That’s how we got so much damage in New York City to begin with.
We told ourselves: “It’s just words.”
Then we saw police precincts set on fire.
We told ourselves: “They’re just fringe.”
Then we saw fringe candidates get elected to real office, writing real laws, slashing real budgets.
Mamdani’s campaign is exactly this kind of warning sign.
And if he succeeds in getting further up the political food chain, the consequences won’t just hit his district. They’ll ripple out across the state and country.
Because in the age of social media and copycat politics, radicals like Mamdani aren’t just representing themselves — they’re setting trends. Trends that other cities might copy, that other up-and-coming politicians will emulate.
We don’t have the luxury of waiting anymore.
If you live in New York — register. Show up. Knock doors. Make calls. Volunteer for whoever’s running against Mamdani.
If you live outside New York — donate. Speak up. Share the truth about who this man is and what he stands for.
Don’t let him slide into office quietly. Don’t let the press pretend he’s some fresh-faced reformer just trying to help the little guy. That’s how they sold us on de Blasio. That’s how they tried to sell us on DSA candidates before him.
The truth is Mamdani’s positions are incompatible with a free society.
- “Globalize the Intifada” isn’t a call for peace. It’s a call for civil war.
- “Abolish ICE” isn’t a call for reform. It’s a call for open borders and chaos.
- “Recommitting real estate” isn’t policy. It’s theft.
Those aren’t positions of conscience. They’re positions of destruction.
So please — don’t let cynicism stop you. Don’t let “the system’s rigged anyway” thinking prevent you from acting.
Because the moment we give up is the moment people like Mamdani win.
